2021 FALL (Sr.): Competed in three races in his senior campaign…Closed out the season at the Illini Open (10/22), placing seventh overall…Finished 60th overall in the men’s white race at the Bradley Classic (10/25)…Made his season debut at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/3), notching a top-50 finish in the 6K race.
2020-21 SPRING (Jr.): Did not compete.
CARDIFF METROPOLITAN: Ran a personal-best 1,500m time of 3:57.90 in the semifinals at the 2020 BUCS Indoor Championships...Placed second in the 1,500m with a time of 3:54.07 at the 2019 BMC Grand Prix...Earned the bronze in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2019 England Athletics U20/U23 Championships with a time of 9:18.30...Recorded a personal-best time in the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2019 BMC Gold Standard Races, placing 10th with a time of 9:09.13.
