2012-13

Indoor: Grabbed five top-five finishes this season, including a first-place finish at the Wisconsin Elite with a mile time of 5:05.96...Finished fourth at the Redbird Invite with a personal-best time of 4:58.88 in the mile...Ran to an 11th-place finish at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 5:05.30...Captured another first-place finish in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 10:20.74 at the Redbird Invite...Ran a personal-best 9:53.95 in the 3,000-meter to finish eighth at the GVSU Big Meet...Notched a third-place finish as a part of the distance medley relay with a time of 11:36.25 at the Meyo Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran to three consecutive top-five finishes in the 5,000-meter, including a personal-best 17:22.48 to finish fifth at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships...Notched a second-place finish in the 10,0000-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 34:44.36...Picked up a top-10 victory in the 10,000-meter at the Drake Relays.

2011-12

Indoor: Redshirted.

Outdoor: Ran to a first-place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7), with a personal-best time of 4:39.67 ... finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the Sea Ray Relays (April 11) with a personal-best time of 17:49.27.

2010-11

Indoor: Ran to a third-place finish at the Redbird Invite in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:26.78 ... ran a personal-best 2:19.45 in the 800-meter run at the MVC Indoor Championships ... took 12th at the MVC Indoor Championships with a career-best 5:12.52 mile ... took first as part of the distance medley relay team at the Keck Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran a season best 2:22.45 800-meter run at the Lenny Lyles Invitational ... ran a career-best 4:50.70 in the 1,500-meter run at the Lee Calhoun Invite ... set a new personal-best in the 5,000-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic with a time of 18:29.43.

PRIOR TO ISU

At Carl Sandburg High School: Earned all-state, all-sectional, all-regional and all-conference honors during her senior cross country season ... finished third overall at the IHSA AAA state cross country meet with a time of 17:19 ... led the team to a second-place team finish ... named the team MVP in cross country and track as a senior ... finished in 11th place at the state cross country meet her junior season with a time of 17:26 ... a member of the 4X800 meter relay that placed eighth at state ... recorded a personal-best time of 2:16.60 in the 800-meter run and 5:09.00 in the 1600-meter run.
