2011-12

Indoor: Finished as the NCAA Division I National Runner-up in the mile at the 2012 NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships (March 9) with a time of 4:39.85, earning All-America honors ... that performance was the best by an ISU runner on the track since Christian Goy won the 2002 NCAA Division I National Championships in the mile ... ran a personal-best of 4:37.77 in the mile at the Alex Wilson Invitational (March 2) to qualify for the NCAA Championships, breaking her own Redbird record ... crowned conference champion at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 25) in the mile with a time of 4:48.69, for All-Valley honors ... posted back-to-back second-place finishes at the conference championships, earning All-Valley honors in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter with times of 9:46.05 and 17:03.96, respectively ... ran a personal-best 9:35.03 in the 3,00-meter run at the Big Meet (Feb. 10), finishing second ... finished third in the Meyo Mile at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 3) with a time of 4:41.49 ... broke a 28-year-old Illinois State record in the mile at the Indiana Relays (Jan. 27), running a 4:44.40 ... would break that time twice to hold all three of the top times in the Redbird record books.

Outdoor: Ran a personal-best 2:07.93 in the 800-meter run at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7), finishing first for the fourth-fastest time in school history ... ran a career-best, Illinois State record and Missouri Valley Conference record of 9:51.30 at the prestigious Mt. SAC Relays (April 19) in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing first in her heat and as the top-collegiate at the meet ... that time was 32 seconds (10:23.15) faster than the previous ISU record and 21 seconds (10:12.28) better than the previous Valley record, and was the sixth-fastest time in the world at that time, which stood for three consecutive weeks ... ran down Ashley Miller of Nebraska on the final mile leg of the distance medley relay at the Drake Relays (April 28), winning Illinois State's first title in the event on the women's side in a sprint finish ... qualified for the NCAA West Region Preliminary Round (May 24) in the steeplechase, where she finished sixth with a time of 10:26.17, qualifying for her first national appearance ... ran a 10:35.93 in the steeplechase prelims at the NCAA Division I National Championships (June 6) ... ran a 9:55.78 in the steeplechase prelims at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Track & Field Trials (June 21), finishing 16th with the second-fastest time in school history ... named the Missouri Valley Conference Track Athlete of the Week (April 24) ... named a MVC Scholar Athlete (May 30) ... earned Capital One Academic All-District V honors for track & field and cross country ... named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team ... signed with Chris Layne of Total Sports U.S., who represents Nick Symmonds (four-time U.S. Champion in the 800-meter run) and Carmelita Jeter (second fastest woman ever in the 100-meter dash and 2012 London Olympics Gold Medalist) to represent her post-collegiately ... won first professional-event of her career in Gent, Belgium (July 18), posting a time of 9:56.18 in the steeplechase ... broke Valley and Illinois State records in the 1,500-meter run with her time of 4:16.06 in Ninove, Belgium (July 22) ... will move to Eugene, Ore., to run for Mark Rowland and the Oregon Track Club.

2010-11

Indoor: Recorded three-consecutive first-place finishes in the mile at the Indiana State Dual, Illinois Intercollegiate and Meyo Invitational with times of 5:06.00, 4:59.30 and 4:53.14, respectively ... the 4:53.14 was a personal-best ... earned All-Valley honors with second-place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships in the mile with a time of 4:56.12 ... took first in the 800-meter run at the Redbird Invite with a personal-best 2:18.12 ... earned first at the Indiana State Dual in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:08.18 ... set a career-mark of 9:43.45 in the 3,000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic ... earned All-Valley honors in the 3,000-meter run with a 9:49.90 third-place finish.

Outdoor: Took second in the 1,500-meter run at the Lenny Lyles Invitational with a time of 4:31.61 ... set a personal-best in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 10:23.56 ... took first at the Drake Relays in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:25.11 ... earned All-Valley honors with a first-place finish at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:36.48 ... ran to a 26th-place finish at the NCAA West Regional in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:29.40 ... finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic, posting a personal-best time of 17:15.65 ... a member of the distance medley relay team.

2009-10

Indoor: A member of the distance medley relay team that won the MVC Indoor Championships in a time of 11:50.58 to earn All-Valley honors ... recorded a personal-best performance in the mile run at the Indiana Relays placing first with a time of 4:57.24 ... set another career-best time in the 3000-meter run at the Iowa State Classic, where she finished second in 9:58.59.

Outdoor: Finished in second place in the 800-meter run at the Southern Illinois Spring Classic ... also finished first in the 1500-meter run at the SIU Spring Classic ... earned All-MVC Honors after crossing the finish line in third place with a personal-best time of 4:29.85 in the 1500-meter run at the MVC Outdoor Championships ... finished first in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the EIU Big Blue Classic and the Lenny Lyles Invitational... qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the 3000-meter steeplechase and 1500-meter run ... ran a personal-best mark of 10:37.98 in the 3K steeple chase at the Jesse Owens Classic ... won the 5000-meter run at the Redbird Spring Invitational after crossing the finish line in 17:36.78 ... finished fourth in steeplechase at the MVC Championships ... named a 2010 MVC Scholar-Athlete.

2008-09

Indoor: All-Missouri Valley Conference selection in the distance medley relay ... relay finished third at the championships with a time of 11:52.84 and took sixth in the 3,000-meter run with a season-best time of 10:05.71 ... won the mile and 3,000-meter run at the Redbird Invitational ... clocked best mile performance at the Wisconsin Elite Invitational finishing with a time of 5:03.18 to finish seventh.

Outdoor: Won the steeplechase at the SIU Spring Classic ... recorded personal-best finished in both the steeplechase (10:57.05) and 1,500-meter run (4:40.97) at the State Farm MVC Championships for a seventh and ninth-place, respectively ... took second at the Billy Hayes Invitational in the 1,500.

At Moline High School: Broke five minutes in the 1,600-meter run with a time of 4:59.7... placed seventh at the 2008 Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Track and Field Championship Meet and was a qualifier in the 3,200-meter and 4x800-meter relay ... set school records in the 1,600 ... also holds the cross country school record, clocking a 17:30 minute finish ... placed 16th at the 2007 IHSA Track and Field Championships in the 3,200-meter run, crossing the finish line in 11:24 ... named to the 3A all-state cross country team in 2007 ... finished 22nd with a time of 17:36 at the 2007 IHSA cross country championship, which was held at Detwiler Park in Peoria, Ill. ... track and field and cross country team captain junior and senior seasons ... named most valuable track athlete sophomore, junior and senior year ... was a sprinter until her junior year, then switched to distance events ... ran cross country junior and senior year ... coached by former Illinois State all-conference cross country runner Tauwan Taylor (1993).
