2010-11: Recipient of the 2010 Milt Weisbecker Endowed
Scholarship.
2009-10: Played in 21 games, all as a reserve • Matched his
season-best point total in the first half against Drake (Feb. 6) with five
points, all free throws, in eight first-half minutes • Finished with five
points, four rebounds and two blocked shots at Southern Illinois (Jan. 23) •
Played in the game's final four minutes at Ohio (Dec. 16) and finished with two
points, his first made field goal at Illinois State.
2008-09: Sat out due to NCAA residency rules.
2007-08 (East Tennessee State): Played in 11 games, all as
a reserve, and transferred to Illinois State in December 2007 • Tossed in a
season-best eight points against Georgia (Dec. 20) in the first round of the
2007 Rainbow Classic • Two days later, against Lousiana-Lafayette (Dec. 22),
equalled his season-best with eight points • Grabbed a team-high eight rebounds
against Tennessee Wesleyan (Dec. 1) • Played 16 minutes in the season-opener at
Dayton (Nov. 10) and finished with two points and six rebounds • Coached by
Murray Bartow.
2006-07 (East Tennessee State): Scored six points and
grabbed four rebounds in 17 minutes in the win over Campbell (Feb. 5) • Came
off the bench to provide valuable minutes in the win over Lipscomb (Jan. 4),
scoring eight points and grabbing three rebounds - all coming in the second
half and overtime • Had the defensive rebound that later set up the
game-winning shot in overtime against Lipscomb • Had a career-high six rebounds
against Milligan (Dec. 9) • Scored a career-best 12 points in the second half
against Vanderbilt (Dec. 5).
Metamora High School: Finished his prep career as the
school's all-time leader in scoring (1,715 points), rebounding (760) and
blocked shots (202) • In a senior season that saw Metamora finish with a 20-8
record, scored a team-best 583 points (20.8 ppg), grabbed 226 rebounds (8.1
rpg) and had 85 blocks (3.0 bpg) • First-team all-area selection and honorable
mention all-state • Unanimous all-conference pick and team MVP three-straight
years • Coached by Derek Linder.
