Outdoor: uring his final year as a redbird he captured his personal-best in the 400 meter hurdles at the Lee Calhoun Invite with a time of 52.95 and he placed third…placed second at the Lenny Lyles with a clocked time of 52.73…at the Wisconsin Open clocked a time of 53.40 where he earned second place…at the Redbird Invite he earned first place with a time of 53.22…clocked a time of 54.54 at the Big Blue Classic…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned a time of 54.39 where he placed sixth overall…at the Big Blue Classic competed in the 400 shuttle hurdle relays where the team captured a time of 3:44.86…participated in the 4 x 400 meter relay…at the Redbird captured first place with a clocked time of 3:14.81…earned a time of 3:16.97 at the Big Blue Classic where the team placed second…at the Lenny Lyles clocked a time of 3:26.00…captured a time of 3:20.76 at the Illinois Twilight.

Indoor: Opened the season with a personal-best 60-meter time of 7.12 at the EIU Invite … ran a personal-best 200m time of 23.34 … clocked a season-best 400m time of 51.09 at the EIU Invite … finished fourth at the Orange and Blue Open with a 400m time of 51.22 … ran a season-best 500m time of 1:07.14 at Notre Dame to finish seventh … helped the men’s 4x400m relay team to a third-place finish at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 3:17.02 … finished fifth as a part of the 4x400m team with a season-best time of 3:15.75.
Outdoor: Opened the season with a fifth-place finish at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic with a 400-hurdles time of 54.89 … ran to a third-place finish at the Sea Ray Relays with a time of 54.16 … captured a season-best performance in the 400h with a time of 53.71 at the Jesse Owens Classic, placing 12th … finished second at the Redbird Invite with a time of 53.86 … clocked a time of 54.10 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to finish 10th … ran a leg of the men’s 4x100m relay team, posting a time of 43.03 … finished fourth as a part of the 4x400m relay team that clocked 3:23.19 at the Redbird Invite.

Indoor: Grabbed a personal-best time of 22.72 in the 200-meter run to finish 21st in a field of 71 at the GVSU Big Meet...Ran a 50.22 in the 200-meter race at the Meyo Invitational...Finished 16th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a personal-best time of 50.18 in the 200-meter run...Captured a time of 1:06.49 in the 500-meter run at the Meyo Invitational to finish 20th...Notched a first-place finish with a time of 3:23.27, as a part of the 4X400-meter relay...Finished second as a part of the 4X400-meter relay team with a time of 3:21.31...Concluded his season with a time of10:22.94 to finish fifth at the MVC Championships, as a part of the distance medley relay team.
Outdoor: Picked up six top-five finishes for the 2012-13 season, including a first place-finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the Benedictine Twilight...Captured a career-best 53.44 in the 400-meter hurdles to finish fourth at the Wisconsin Open...Notched back-to-back second-place finishes as a part of the 4X100-meter relay team at the Benedictine Twilight and Wisconsin Open ...Finished the season with a sixth-place finish as a part of the 4X400-meter relay team at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships.
2011-12
Indoor: Posted six top-five finishes, including two seconds in the 400-meter dash ... ran a season-best 400-meter dash at Grand Valley State's Big Meet (Feb. 10), posting a time of 50.27 ... ran the second-fastest time of his career (50.69) in the 400-meter dash at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 3) ... took second at the Boilermaker Invite in the 400-meter dash with a time of 50.92.
Outdoor: Ran to a second-place finish at the ISU vs. SIU Dual Meet (April 7) in the 400-meter hurdles, posting a time of 55.09 ... ran a leg on the 4X400-meter relay at the same meet which finished second with a time of 3:21.03 ... season cut short due to injury.
