Indoor: Competed in the 3,000-meter at the GVSU Big Meet where he clocked a time of 8:41.12… at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships captured a time of 8:51.94…at the Meyo Invitational he competed in the 5,000-meter earned a time of 15:01.93.

Outdoor: Competed in the 5000-meter at the Big Blue Classic.

2012-13 

Indoor: Captured a personal-best time of 8:35.46 to finish first in the 3,000-meter run at the Redbird Invite...Posted a time of 8:36.56 to finish 17th at the GVSU Big Meet.

Outdoor: Did not compete

2013-14

Indoor: Ran a personal-best 3,000-meter time of 8:24.70 at the Iowa State Classic to finish ninth overall … clocked a 3,000m time of 8:28.27 to finish seventh, scoring points for the Redbirds at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships … posted a personal-best 5,000m performance at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 14:41.81 and closed the season with a time of 15:15.38 at the Valley Championships.

Outdoor: Clocked a personal-best 1,500-meter time of 4:02.18 at the Redbird Invite … posted a personal-best performance in the 5,000m race with a time of 14:46.65 to finish third in a field of 21 at the Jesse Owens Classic … ran a 5,000m time of 15:18.57 at the Sea Ray Relays … finished third in a field of 33 at the Drake Relays with a personal-best 10,000m time of 30:06.26 … placed 12th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a 10,000m time of 31:10.51.

2011-12 

Indoor: Did not compete.

Outdoor: Opened the season with a personal-best performance in the 5,000-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic (March 29), posting a time of 15:17.28 ... ran to a top-10 finish at the Sea Ray Relays (April 11) in the 10,000-meter run, recording a career-best time of 31:38.48 ... finished seventh in the 3,000-meter run at the Billy Hayes Invitational (May 4) with a time of 8:49.90.

2010-11 

Indoor: Took third in the 5,000-meter run at the Keck Invitational with a time of 16:05.60 ... posted a 4:35.28 mile to take fourth at the Redbird Invite.

Outdoor: Took second in the 10,000-meter run at the Lee Calhoun Invite with a time of 32:41.92 ... ran a personal-best 5,000-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic with a time of 15:40.43.

PRIOR TO ISU

Maine South High School: Qualified for the state track and cross country meets his senior season ... in the state track meet, he ran a personal-best time of 4:22 in the 1600-meter run ... cross country team finished 10th in state and were conference champions during his senior year ... finished sixth in cross country at the conference meet ... a member of the Maine South cross country team that finished 21st at the state meet his junior season ... a member of the cross country team that won the CSL conference meet his junior season ... captain in cross country and track his junior and senior seasons.
