2014-15

Indoor: Opened the season with mile run at the Illinois Orange and Blue where she clocked a time of 5:08.38…competed in the 3,000-meters at the Illinois Orange and Blue with a time of 10:36.14 where she placed eighth overall…she placed 12th at the Missouri Valley Conference with a time of 10:05.87 in the 3,000-meter…participated in the distance medley relay at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 11:54.17 placing second receiving All-MVC. 

Outdoor: Earned two personal-best performances this season…one was in the 1,500-meter at the Redbird Invite where she earned first place with a time of 4:30.45…another was in the 5,000-meter at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 17:20.74 capturing third place…at the Lenny Lyles clocked a time of 4:42.61 in the  1,500-meter....competed in the 5,000-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 18:24.15…at the San Francisco competed in the 10,000-meter clocked a time of 26:04.69 earning seventh place overall…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships competed in the 10,000-meter earning sixth place with a time of 36:36.05…participated in the 4 x 1,600 at the Drake Relays earning a time of 19:44.03 placing seventh overall. 

2013-14

Indoor: Ran a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:18.18 at the Meyo Invitational … clocked a PR in the mile at the Orange and Blue Open, running 4:58.11 … posted a time of 5:04.95 in the mile at the Meyo Invitational … ran a mile time of 5:12.64 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships … clocked a 3,000m time of 10:22.46 at the Indiana Relays … ran a season-best 3,000m time of 10:21.84 at the Iowa State Classic.

Outdoor: Redshirt season.

2012-13 

Indoor: Grabbed five top-five finishes this season, including a first-place finish at the Wisconsin Elite with a mile time of 5:05.96...Finished fourth at the Redbird Invite with a personal-best time of 4:58.88 in the mile...Ran to an 11th-place finish at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 5:05.30...Captured another first-place finish in the 3,000-meter race with a time of 10:20.74 at the Redbird Invite...Ran a personal-best 9:53.95 in the 3,000-meter to finish eighth at the GVSU Big Meet...Notched a third-place finish as a part of the distance medley relay with a time of 11:36.25 at the Meyo Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran to three consecutive top-five finishes in the 5,000-meter, including a personal-best 17:22.48 to finish fifth at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships...Notched a second-place finish in the 10,0000-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 34:44.36...Picked up a top-10 victory in the 10,000-meter at the Drake Relays.

2011-12 

Indoor: Redshirted.

Outdoor: Ran to a first-place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7), with a personal-best time of 4:39.67 ... finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the Sea Ray Relays (April 11) with a personal-best time of 17:49.27.

2010-11 

Indoor: Ran to a third-place finish at the Redbird Invite in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:26.78 ... ran a personal-best 2:19.45 in the 800-meter run at the MVC Indoor Championships ... took 12th at the MVC Indoor Championships with a career-best 5:12.52 mile ... took first as part of the distance medley relay team at the Keck Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran a season best 2:22.45 800-meter run at the Lenny Lyles Invitational ... ran a career-best 4:50.70 in the 1,500-meter run at the Lee Calhoun Invite ... set a new personal-best in the 5,000-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic with a time of 18:29.43.

PRIOR TO ISU

Carl Sandburg High School: Earned all-state, all-sectional, all-regional and all-conference honors during her senior cross country season ... finished third overall at the IHSA AAA state cross country meet with a time of 17:19 ... led the team to a second-place team finish ... named the team MVP in cross country and track as a senior ... finished in 11th place at the state cross country meet her junior season with a time of 17:26 ... a member of the 4X800 meter relay that placed eighth at state ... recorded a personal-best time of 2:16.60 in the 800-meter run and 5:09.00 in the 1600-meter run.

Personal: Born: 4/15/92 ... daughter of Larry and Cindy Christensen ... siblings are Brigitte and Laura ... her dad, Larry, wrestled and played baseball at Chicago State and her sister, Laura, played softball at Benedictine University ... major health/physical education.
