2015-16

Indoor: Won the women’s mile run at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships as she posted a time of 4:52.89…earned All-Valley honors in the 3,000-meter run with a third-place finish in a time of 9:42.25…McShea captured two personal-best performances this season…one in the mile run at the Meyo Invite as she posted a time of 4:48.68…she earned a personal-best in the 3K at the Iowa State Classic as she ran a time of 9:24.32…posted four event victories in a row at the Double Dual, Prairie Wolf Invite and the Mark Colligan Memorial in the 3K and the mile—Double Dual (3K & mile), Prairie Wolf (3K) and Mark Colligan Memorial (mile run)…ran in the distance medley relay team at the Alex Wilson Invite where the squad broke the school record with a time of 11:28.20.

Outdoor: All-Valley honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase as she finished third with a time of 10:23.77 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships...NCAA West Preliminary Round Qualifier in the steeplchase...started her season off earning her personal-best steeplechase time of 10:09.56 at the Stanford Invite and placed fifth overall...posted her personal-best 1,500-meter run at the Redbird Invite with a time of 4:27.27 and placed first overall...Ran the 4x1,600-meter relay at the Drake Relays were the team placed fifth with a time of 20:00.14.

2014-15

Indoor: Earned her personal-best 3,000 meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 9:34.90 earning first place overall and All-MVC…at the Indiana Relays she received second with a time of 9:59.06…clocked a time of 9:37.97 at the GVSU Big Meet…competed in the mile run at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 4:55.22…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships competed in the 5,000-meter earning All-MVC and third place with a clocked time of 16:51.68…participated in a distance medley relay at the Meyo Invitational with a time of 11:41.38 receiving fourth place overall.

Outdoor: Redshirt season

2013-14

Indoor: Ran a season-best mile time of 4:58.10 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, advancing her to the final round where she finished eighth with a mile time of 5:06.84 … ran a mile time of 5:11.63 at the Indiana Relays … posted a 3,000-meter time of 9:58.00 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to finish 13th … ran 10:15.36 at the Iowa State Classic … a leg of the first-place MVC Champion DMR relay team that turned in a time of 11:50.80, earning All-Valley honors … ran a leg of the women’s 4x800m relay that clocked a time of 9:21.68 at the Indiana Relays.

Outdoor: Missouri Valley Conference Champion in the 5,000-meter race, clocking a personal-best time of 16:43.75, earning All-Valley honors … posted a third-place steeplechase performance with a time of 10:21.93 at the Valley Championships to capture All-Valley accolades, advancing her to the NCAA West Preliminary Round … clocked a time of 10:35.77 in Arkansas at the NCAA West Preliminary Round … ran to a 5,000m time of 17:28.28 at the Jesse Owens Classic … captured a season-best performance at the Sea Ray Relays with a 1,500m time of 4:36.61 … ran 4:37.61 at the Redbird Invite to take ninth … placed sixth as a leg of the 4x1,600m relay team that turned in a time of 20:10.18 … ran a leg of the DMR team that clocked a time of 11:54.77. 

2012-13 Season

Indoor: Recorded six top-five finishes on the season...Posted a fifth-place finish at the Indiana State Dual with a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:23.50...Placed third at the MVC Championships with a personal-best mile time of 4:49.68, earning All-Valley honors...Captured a first-place finish at the Wisconsin Elite with a time of 9:58.42 in the 3,000-meter race...Tallied another third-place finish at the MVC Championships with a personal-best3,000-meter time of 9:44.48, earning another All-Valley title...Notched an 11th-place finish in a field of 109 competitors with a 5,000-meter time of 17:08.40 at the GVSU Big Meet...Finished fourth as a part of the distance medley relay with a time of 11:36.25 at the Meyo Invitational.

Outdoor: Named the 2012-13 Rookie of the Year for women's track and field...Recorded eight top-five finishes on the outdoor circuit, including three consecutive second-place finishes in the 1,500-meter...Opened the season with a personal-best 2:22.51 in the 800-meter to finish second at the SIUE Cougar Invite...Posted a personal-best 17:11.31 in the 5,000-meter to finish second at the Jim Duncan Invitational...Captured a personal-best 10:10.59 in the steeplechase to finish 14th at the NCAA West Preliminary Round...Notched a fifth-place finish as a part of the 4X1,600-meter relay team at the Drake Relays.

2011-12 Season

Indoor: Redshirted.

Outdoor: Opened with a personal-best performance in the 1,500-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic (March 29), crossing the line with a time of 4:37.56 ... finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the ISU vs. SIU Dual (April 7) with a personal-best time of 10:25.94 ... ran a 10:59.45 in the first-ever 3,000-meter steeplechase of her career at the Lenny Lyles Invitational (April 20), finishing first ... ran a personal-best 10:50.20 in the steeplechase, finishing fourth at the Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 11).

PRIOR TO ISU

St. Francis High School: (Cross Country): Four-year letter winner ... three-time all-conference selection ... ran a 17:23 to a fifth-place finish at the Illinois State Meet, earning all-state honors ... voted MVP by peers junior and senior seasons ... state participant freshman year. (Track): Placed seventh in the 1,600-meter run at the Illinois State Meet with a time of 5:10 her junior season ... all-state participant in the 3,200-meter and 1,600-meter runs sophomore year ... all-conference selection ... two-time MVP as voted on by her peers ... earned the title of Athlete of the Year at St. Francis.
