2015-16

Indoor: Ran in the mile and 3,000-meter run at the MVC championships…in the mile, Sanden ran a 5:00.51 and placed ninth to advance to the finals where she placed sixth with a time of 5:00.80…she ran a 3K time of 10:28.78…earned her personal-best 3K at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a time of 10:10.12 and placed second overall… earned her personal-best mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 4:57.90 and placed second overall…captured her personal-best 800-meter at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 2:16.73.

Outdoor: placed eighth at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 1,500-meter run at a time of 4:36.69...placed first at the EIU Big Blue Classic in the 800-meter run...placed eighth in the 1,500m at the Sun Angel Classic...competed at the Drake Relays in the 4x800-meter relay as the team posted the second-fastest time in school history at a time of 8:46.47 and placed seventh overall...ran a leg in the 4x1,600-meter relay at the Drake Relays which the team finished fifth overall.

2014-15

Indoor: Captured her personal-best mile run at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 5:07.46 placing sixth overall…notched a time of 5:16.99 at the Illinois Orange and Blue…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships posted a time of 5:10.46 earning 14th place overall…competed at the Indiana Relays in the 800-meter dash clocked a time of 2:22.16.

Outdoor: Placed third at the Redbird Invite in the 1,500-meter with a lifetime-best time of 4:34.69…earned eighth place at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 4:35.38...at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned a time of 4:39.10 placing 11th  overall…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships competed in the 5,000-meter with a time of 18:37.24.

2013-14

Indoor: Ran a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:20.33 at the Orange and Blue Open to place fifth … clocked an 800m time of 2:22.03 at the Keck Invitational and 2:22.25 at the Indiana State Dual … ran a personal-best 1,000m time of 3:06.22 at the Notre Dame Invitational.

Outdoor: Clocked a personal-best 1,500-meter time of 4:39.27 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, advancing her to the final round of 12 where she notched a ninth-place finish with a time of 4:45.38 … ran 4:42.35 at the Jesse Owens Classic and 4:44.25 at the Redbird Invite … posted a personal-best 800m time of 2:17.92 at the Sea Ray Relays …ran to a 17th-place finish at the MVC Championships with an 800m time of 2:19.50 … a leg of the fourth-place 4x800m relay team that clocked a time of 8:58.87 at the Sea Ray Relays and a sixth-place, season-best time of 8:47.27 at the Drake Relays … a member of the 4x1,600m relay team that ran 20:10.18 at the Drake Relays. 

2012-13 

Indoor: Finished eighth at the Wisconsin Elite with a personal-best 600-meter time of 1:43.06...Recorded a sixth-place finish in a field of 56 at the IWU Invite with a personal-best 800-meter time of 2:22.85...Posted a personal-best mile time of 5:20.37 to take 11th at the Redbird Invite...Finished third as a part of the 4X400-meter relay team with a time of 4:14.64 at the Redbird Open.

Outdoor: Opened the season with a personal-best 2:19.83 in the 800-meter at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic...Recorded back-to-back sixth-place finishes in the 1,500-meter at the Benedictine Twilight and Wisconsin Open, respectively...Posted a personal-best 4:48.85 in the 1,500-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships...Notched a fifth-place finish at the Redbird Spring Invite as a part of the 4X400-meter relay team.

PRIOR TO ISU

Bureau Valley High School: Four-year letterwinner on the track and a two-year letterwinner in cross country ... placed 16th at the 2010 Illinois High School Athletic Association Class A State Cross Country Championships in the three-mile with a time of 18:26.00 ... finished eighth in the 800-meter run at the 2011 Illinois High School Athletic Association Class A State Track & Field Championships, finishing with a time of 2:17.47 ... ran a leg on the 10th-place finishing 4X200-meter relay at the 2009 Illinois High School Athletic Association Class A State Track & Field Championships as a freshman ... seven-time all-conference runner ... named the team Most Valuable Runner as a junior ... member of the honor roll.
