Indoor: Placed fourth and recorded season-best in the 400-meter dash (1:00.62) at the EIU Early Bird Meet...finished fifth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.82 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...posted a season-best in the 600-meter dash (1:49.23) at the John Craft Invitational.

Outdoor: Captured season-best in the 200-meter dash (26.24) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational...placed sixth and recorded season-best in the 400-meter dash (59.70) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic.

2015-16

Indoor: Earned All-Valley honors in the women’s distance medley relay placing third with a time of 11:53.11…her indoor season-best 200-meter dash was 26.46 at the Titan Open…posted her season-best at the GVSU Big Meet in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.15…placed first in the women’s 4x400-meter relay at the Titan Open (3:54.09) and the Double Dual (3:50.50).

Outdoor: Earned her personal-best 400-meter dash at the WisconsinTwilight with a time of 56.72 and placed fifth overall..competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 400m and placed 14th overall..posted season-best 200-meter dash at the Redbird Invite with a time of 25.46.

2014-15

Indoor: Earned her personal-bests at the Meyo Invitational in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.01 and 600-meter with a time of 1:39.38…competed in the 200-meter dash at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 25.57…competed in the 400-meter at the EIU Early Bird with a time of 59.39 where she earned fourth place…captured a time of 59.02 at the Indiana Relays…competed in the 4x400 meter at the EIU John Craft Invitational where the squad placed first with a time of 3:54.89…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships the team placed fourth overall with a time of 3:50.95…placed second and received All-MVC at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:54.17.

Outdoor: Competed in the 100-meter at the Lee Calhoun Invite earned eighth place with a time of 12.55…competed in the 200-meter earning a time of 26:03 at the Lee Calhoun…at the Illinois Twilight captured a time of 25.65…at the Redbird Invite earned seventh place with a time of 25.15…competed in the 400-meter…at the Lenny Lyles Invite clocked a time of 1:00.46…captured a time of 57.43 at the Illinois Twilight earning fourth place…at the Redbird Invite placed fourth with a time of 57.75…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned a time of 56.87 placing 12th overall…participated in the 4 x 400…at the Lenny Lyles placed third with a time of 4:02.78…at the Big Blue clocked a time of 4:04.76…the team earned third place at the Lee Calhoun with a time of 3:56.21…clocked a time of 3:49.72 at the Illinois Twilight…at Redbird Invite earned second place with a time of 3:50.68…captured a time of 3:46.42 at the Drake Relays…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships clocked a time of 3:50.55 placing seventh overall.

South Dakota: Placed eighth in the 400-meter at the Summit League Championships … a member of the 4x100 fourth-place finishing team and helped the 4x400 to a fifth-place finish at the Summit League Outdoor Championships ... helped 4x100 to a win at the Nebraska Invitational … placed eighth at the indoor league championships ... named to the Summit League honor roll.

Rich South High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and field and basketball … two-year letterwinner in cross country … member of a state championship 4x400-meter relay team ...holds top-times of 25.6 seconds and 56.9 in the 200-meter and 400m, respectively ... won the 400m at the 2012 Region 7 USATF meet ... ran cross country, where she was the 2010 Southland Conference Champion ...
