Indoor: Placed first and posted a season-best time in the 3,000-meter run (8:25.06) at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...finished seventh and recorded a season-best mile time (4:11.67) at the Black & Gold Premier Meet...captured a season-best in the 5,000-meter run (14:47.28) at the Iowa State Classic...competed in the 3,000-meter run at MVC Championships, finishing with a time of 8:37.43.

Outdoor: Finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:33.93 at the Gibson Invitational...placed fifth and earned a season-best in the 1,500-meter run (3:55.50) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...recorded a season-best in the 5,000-meter run (14:50.03) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...finished third and earned All-MVC honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 9:18.98...mark currently sits as the tenth-fastest in Illinois State history...placed seventh in the 5,000-meter run.

2015-16

Indoor: Redshirt season. 

Outdoor: Captured his personal-best 10,000-meter run at the Virginia Challenge at a time of 30:13.44...earned his personal-best 5,000-meter run at a time of 14:15.81 at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival and placed seventh overall...competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 5K (14:42.71) and the 10K (30:36.40) placing 11th and seventh, respectively...ran the 5K at the Drake Relays.

2014-15

Indoor: Captured his personal-best mile at the Indiana Relays with a time of 4:07.23…competed in the 3,000-meter at the Terre Haute where he earned second place with a time of 8:24.80…at the Meyo Invitational clocked at time of 8:20.50…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships earned sixth place with a clocked time of 8:24.66..at the GVSU Big Meet he competed in the 5,000-meter earning fourth place with a time of 14:18.55…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships clocked a time of 14:33.68 placing fourth overall. 

Outdoor:Earned his personal-best in the 1500-meter run at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 3:53.57…earned his person-best in the 10,000-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 30:28.06 and earned sixth place…competed in the 5000-meter…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships posted a time of 15:10.62 and placed eighth…at the Stanford he posted a time of 14:26.81…captured a time of 14:32.18 at the Drake Relays.

2013-14

Indoor: Opened the season with a fifth-place performance at the Indiana State Dual, clocking a 3,000-meter time of 8:45.85 … ran to a personal-best 3,000m time of 8:25.96 at the Iowa State Classic … posted a season-best mile time of 4:17.13 at the Notre Dame Invitational … finished second at the Indiana Relays with a 5,000m time of 14:56.53 … clocked a personal-best time of 14:51.08 at the Keck Invitational … posted a time of 14:52.20 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to finish ninth.

2012-13 

Indoor: Ran to a personal-best 4:14.67 in the mile to finish 27th in a field of 67 competitors at the Meyo Invitational...Captured a seventh-place finish at the GVSU Big Meet with a personal-best 3,000-meter time of 8:27.66...Notched a fifth-place finish at the GVSU Big Meet as a part of the distance medley relay with a time of 10:08.29.

Outdoor: Opened up the 2012-13 season with a first-place finish at the SIUE Cougar Invite in the 1,500-meter with a time of 4:02.29...Picked up a third-place finish in the 1,500-meter at the Redbird Spring Invite...Ran a personal-best 3:54.11 in the 1,500-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to place sixth...Notched a second-place victory in the 3,000-meter at the Benedictine Twilight with a time of 8:34.47...Captured a personal-best 14:53.67 in the 5,000-meter at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic.
