2016-17

Indoor: Finished second in the mile run with a time of 5:05.64 at the John Craft Invitational...placed third in the mile run with a personal-record of 4:59.77 at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...recorded a personal-best in the 3,000-meter run (10:01.35) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite...competed in the mile run and 3,000-meter run at MVC Championships...finished sixth in the mile run with a time of 5:00.45, scoring points for the Redbirds...placed 16th in the 3,000-meter run (10:14.45). 

Outdoor: Won the 5,000-meter run at the Illinois Twilight Meet with a personal-best time of 17:15.49...placed second in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 17:53.73 at the Gibson Invitational...finished third and posted a personal-record in the 1,500-meter run (4:34.28) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...captured a personal-record in the 800-meter run (2:20.20) at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational...competed in the 1,500-meter run and 5,000-meter run at MVC Championships...finished sixth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:42.91.

PRIOR TO ISU

Batavia High School: Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track…eight-time state qualifier…broke school record in the three mile during her freshman year…two-time cross country most valuable player honoree…was Rookie of the Year her freshman year…earned track MVP her senior year…Athletic Board representative…broke the school record in the 1,6000-meter run and the 3,2000-meter run…conference champions in cross country her junior year…conference and regional champions in cross country her senior year…placed third at the IHSA 3A State meet which is the highest placing in school history.

Personal: 4/28/1998…daughter of Dan and Jane Roman…siblings are Danny and Dylan…plans to major in physical education.
