Indoor: Competed in five meets over the course of the indoor season, including the MVC Championships...finished seventh in the 800-meter at the Valley Championships with a time of 1:56.93, scoring points for the eventual champion Redbirds...recorded personal-best 800-meter time (1:53.03) at the GVSU Big Meet, placing 15th among 61 runners...finished second in the 800-meter run at the Illini Classic with a time of 1:55.84...also competed in the 600-meter on two occasions at the Meyo Invitational (1:20.32) and Notre Dame Invite (1:21.49)...time of 1:20.32 from the Meyo Invitational is a personal-best.

Outdoor: Competed in the 800-meter run at the MVC Championships, placing sixth with a time of 1:54.16...recorded personal-best 800-meter time of 1:52.09 at the Virginia Challenge, finishing 17th out of 38 competitors...notched a pair of top-five finishes in the 800-meter over the course of the season, including a second-place finish at the Redbird Invite (1:53.50) and fifth-place finish (1:53.22) at the Black & Gold Invite...captured 400-meter personal-best at the Big Blue Classic, finishing fourth with a time of 50.22...also competed in the 4x400-meter relay at the Big Blue Classic, helping the 'Birds to victory with a time of 3:22.06.

2016-17

Indoor: Finished second in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.74 at the Terre Haute Double Dual Meet...placed third in the 800-meter run at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open with a time of 1:54.87...posted a season-best in the 800-meter run (1:54.03) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite...competed in the 800-meter run and distance medley relay at MVC Championships...placed 11th in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.19...finished second and earned All-MVC honors in the distance medley relay.

Outdoor: Won the 800-meter run at the Gibson Invitational with a time of 1:54.10...finished third in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.07 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...placed fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.10 at the Illinois Twilight Meet...placed tenth and captured a personal-record in the 800-meter run (1:52.56) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...competed in the 800-meter run at MVC Championships, placing 14th with a time of 1:54.64.

2015-16

Indoor: Competed at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the 800-meter run where he ran a time of 1:55.77 and placed 12th overall…earned personal-best 800-meter at the GVSU Big Meet with a time of 1:54.77…at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open, captured personal-best 600-meter with a time of 1:22.63 and placed first overall…ran his personal-best 1,000-meter at the Prairie Wolf Invite with a time of 2:33.09 and placed third overall…at the Titan Open, earned personal-best mile run with a time of 4:27.47…at the Meyo Invitational, ran in the distance medley relay where the team ran a time of 10:15.46 and placed eighth overall. 

Outdoor: Earned personal-best 400-meter dash at the Wisconsin Twilight with a time of 50.76 and placed eighth overall...helped his team to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at the Redbird Invite...posted season-best 800-meter run at the Redbird Invite with a time of 1:55.07...finished sixth in the 800-meter at the Gibson Invite. 

2014-15

Indoor: Earned personal best in the 600-meter dash at the Illinois Orange and Blue Open with a time of 1:23.42, placing second…competed in the 600-meter at the EIU John Craft and captured a time of 1:24.41…at the EIU Early Bird, competed in the 800-meter dash with a time of 1:57.90, placing second…at the Titan Open, clocked a time of 1:59.34…at the GVSU Big Meet, received third place with a time of 1:56.58…ran in the 4 x 400 at the Double Dual where the team earned third place with a time of 3:21.63...at the EIU Early Bird, competed in the distance medley relay and captured a time of 10:36.50…at the John Craft Invite earned a time of 10:34.00…at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, posted a time of 10:11.44, earning third place and All-MVC honors.

Outdoor: Earned personal-best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 52.25 at the Big Blue Classic…earned personal-best in the 800-meter at the Illinois Twilight with a time of 1:55.96…placed fourth at the Lenny Lyles in the 800-meter with a time of 1:56.35…ran a 1:57.60 at the Redbird Invite.
