2020-21 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed at four meets, including the MVC Championships...Opened the season with a win in the 400m, clocking in at 57.43 seconds at the Jack Jennett Invite...Ran a personal-best time of 7.81 seconds in the 60-meter dash and ran an indoor personal-best of 25.25 seconds in the 200-meter dash, placing third in both events at the Don DeNoon Dual...Anchored the MVC Champion 4x400-meter relay team that combined for a time of 3:50.01...Earned All-Valley honors in the 400-meter dash, placing second overall with an indoor personal-best time of 55.79 seconds...Her 400m time is currently the eighth-fastest in ISU indoor track & field history...Also scored two points for the 'Birds in the 200m with a seventh-place finish at the Valley Championships.

2019-20 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 INDOOR (Jr.): Raced at six meets during her junior indoor campaign...Won the 400m at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup with a time of 58.70 seconds...Recorded an indoor personal-best time of 25.56 seconds in the 200 at the Notre Dame Invitational to finish third...Helped the 4x400-meter relay to two first-place finishes this season at the EIU Early Bird and the Notre Dame Invitational...Competed at the MVC Championships in the 200m and 400m prelims.

2018-19 OUTDOOR (So.): Posted a personal-best time of 25.04 seconds in the 200-meter dash at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that finished with a combined time of 46.84 seconds to earn All-MVC honors with a third-place finish at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Finished fourth in both the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter dash at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3), clocking in at 25.88 seconds in the 200 and 58.31 seconds in the 400...Competed in the 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, 4x100-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27)...Member of the second-place finishing 4x100-meter relay team that clocked in with a combined time of 47.30 seconds at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20)...Finished second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 59.44 seconds, fourth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.69 seconds and was a member of the first place 4x400-meter relay team that finished with a combined time of 3:52.57...Competed in the 200-meter dash and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fifth at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

2018-19 INDOOR (So.): Competed in one meet for the Redbirds...Clocked in at 1:42.50 to finish 11th in the 600-yard run at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8)...Also was a member of the fourth-place finishing 4x400-meter relay team that clocked in with a combined time of 3:54.01 at the Jimmy Grant Invitational.

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed in the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 4x400-meter relay at the MVC Championships...earned first All-Conference accolade of career, running a leg on the Redbirds' 4x400-meter relay squad that finished third in 3:40.24...mark ranks third all-time in Illinois State history...also scored points in the 400-meter run, finishing seventh with a time of 55.82...MVC 400-meter preliminary-round time of 55.07 was not only a personal-record, but also sits tenth on ISU's top-10 list...finished 13th in the 200-meter dash in a personal-best time of 24.49...posted highest finish of the season at the Redbird Invite, placing second in the 400-meter in 56.53...competed in the 400-meter at the USATF Junior Championships.

2017-18 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in the 400-meter dash at MVC Championships, finishing fourth with a personal-best time of 56.63 to help the 'Birds win their second Indoor Championship in three years...posted a top-five finish in the 400-meter dash five times over the course of the season, including a pair of second-place finishes at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open (58.48) and EIU Early Bird (58.34)...ran a leg on Illinois State's 4x400-meter relay squad that placed first at the Illini Classic and Illinois Orange & Blue Open.

LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL: Five-time IHSA Class 3A State Championships Individual Qualifier...three-time All-Conference and two-time All-State performer...finished fourth at the 2017 IHSA Class 3A State Championships in the 400-meter dash with a personal-record time of 56.83...4x400-meter relay team placed fifth in the state at the 2017 IHSA Class 3A State Championships...helped team go undefeated during senior year...member of the National Honor Society...graduated in the top 10 percent of her class.
