2018-19 INDOOR (Jr.): Crowned MVC Champion in the 800-meter run and the DMR, clocking in at 1:54.46 in the 800 and helping the DMR to a combined time of 9:57.06 at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Finished sixth in the 800 with a time of 1:51.82 at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Helped the DMR to a third-place finish and posted a time of 1:53.18 in the 800 at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2)...Ran the mile at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26), finishing eighth with a time of 4:18.01...Won the 800-meter run at th Notre Dame Invitational (1/19), clocking in at 1:53.64...Opened the season at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12), finishing fifth in the 800 with a time of 1:56.69.

2017-18 OUTDOOR (So.): Raced in the 800-meter at the MVC Championships, placing ninth with a time of 1:52.85...captured personal-best 800-meter mark (1:52.31) at the Sun Angel Classic, finishing sixth among 34 competitors...also competed in the 800-meter at the Wisconsin Twilight, finishing 10th in 1:52.74...recorded personal-best 1,500-meter time (4:00.40) at the Big Blue Classic, placing third out of 37 runners.

2017-18 INDOOR (So.): Competed in the mile at MVC Championships, placing sixth in 4:25.22 to score points for the eventual champion Redbirds...in the preliminary round at the Valley Championships, clocked in at a personal-best 4:14.97 to advance to the finals...posted season-best 800-meter time (1:52.83) at the Notre Dame Invite to place second...also finished second in the 800-meter at the Terre Haute Double Dual with a time of 1:57.39...ran a leg on the Redbirds' distance medley relay team that recorded a time of 9:58.62 at the Meyo Invite, a mark which ranks fifth all-time in ISU history.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Finished fourth in the 800-meter run with a season-best time of 1:53.62 at the Lenny Lyles Clark-Wood Invitational...competed in the 800-meter run at the EIU Big Blue classic, posting a time of 1:55.78...captured a personal-record in the 400-meter dash (51.52) at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...competed in the 800-meter run at MVC Championships. 

2016-17 INDOOR (Fr.): Won the 600-meter run with a personal-record time of 1:23.83 at the John Craft Invitational...placed second in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.07 at the Black & Gold Premier Meet...finished ninth and posted a personal-best in the 800-meter run (1:52.78) at the GVSU Big Meet...competed in the 800-meter run at MVC Championships, placing 16th.

OAK PARK-RIVER FOREST HIGH SCHOOL: four-year letterwinner in cross country and track…three-time all-state honoree…broke the school record in the 4x400-meter relay and the 4x800-meter relay…two-time all-conference…three-time state finalist…team captain his senior year and MVP…team were conference and sectional champions his junior and senior year.
