2018-19 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Scored points for the Redbirds at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12), finishing sixth in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:35.57...Recorded a personal-best time of 4:34.92 in the 1,500-meter run to finish fifth and clocked in at 2:21.53 in the 800-meter run at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27)...Earned the silver in the 1,500-meter run at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20), clocking in at 4:38.51...A member of the third-place finishing DMR that clocked in with a combined time of 11:34.28 at the Tennessee Relays (4/11)...Finished third in the 1,500 and was a member of the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Opened the season at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30), clocking in at 4:55.66 in the 1,500-meter run.

2018-19 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed in five meets during her junior indoor campaign...Finished 10th in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 10:07.67 and 12th in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 18:14.76 at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Recorded a personal-best time of 10:01.10 in the 3,000-meter run and competed as a member of the DMR that finished with a combined time of 12:14.88 at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Notched a personal-best time of 17:58.30 in the 5,000-meter run at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2)...Finished fourth at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26), clocking in at 10:09.88 in the 3,000-meter run...Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter run, finishing in 10:15.80 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12).

2017-18 OUTDOOR (So.): Competed in the 1,500-meter run at the MVC Championships, placing ninth with a time of 4:51.21...over the course of the season, posted personal-bests in the 800-meter, 1,500-meter, and 3,000-meter runs...won the 800-meter run at the EIU Big Blue Classic, crossing the finish line in a personal-record 2:17.28...placed sixth in the 1,500-meter at the Wisconsin Twilight, clocking in at a personal-best 4:38.60...recorded a personal-best in every 1,500-meter race she competed in during the regular season...captured 3,000-meter personal-record at the Black & Gold Invite, finishing 13th among 34 runners with a time of 10:14.54.

2017-18 INDOOR (So.): Earned All-Conference honors for the first time of her career at the MVC Championships, helping the Redbirds' distance medley relay team to a third-place finish in 11:56.12...also competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Valley Championships, finishing 24th among 42 runners with a personal-best time of 10:20.17...recorded personal-best mile time (5:05.16) at the GVSU Big Meet, placing 22nd out of 53 competitors.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Finished 10th in the 5,000-meter run at the Gibson Invitational with a personal-record of 19:19.42...captured a personal-best in the 800-meter run (2:21.80) at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational...posted a personal-record in the 1,500-meter run (4:49.77) at the EIU Big Blue Classic. 

2016-17 INDOOR (Fr.): Placed eighth and recorded a season-best in the 800-meter run (2:31.02) at the Top Times Titan Open...finished fourth in the mile run with a time of 5:22.73 at the Top Times Titan Open...recorded a personal-best in the mile run (5:12.45) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite.

FOND DE LAC HIGH SCHOOL: four-year letterwinner in cross country and track…four-time all-conference medalist…two-time state qualifier…all-state honorable mention in cross country her senior year….sectional and regional champion in track her senior year.
