2018-19 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Recorded a personal-best time of 15:22.28 in the 5,000 at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20) to finish fifth...Ran to a sixth-place finish with a time of 9:22.10 in the 3,000 at the Redbird Invitational (4/6).

2018-19 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15), running a time of 9:13.42 in the 3,000-meter run...Recorded a personal-best time of 9:05.97 in the 3,000 at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Finished seventh in the 3,000 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12), clocking in at 9:08.88.

2017-18 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Raced at three meets over the course of the outdoor season...captured 1,500-meter personal best of 4:20.52 at the Redbird Invite, placing 13th...competed in the 5,000-meter at the Big Blue Classic, finishing 18th among 34 runners with a personal-best time of 16:00.95.

2017-18 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed in the 3,000-meter at the Notre Dame Invite, notching a time of 9:17.96.

UW-PARKSIDE: Team placed eighth at DII National Championships in its first appearance in school history…captured his personal-best 8K in cross country at a time of 26:42.

LIMESTONE HIGH SCHOOL: Four year letter winner in track and field/cross country… three-time IHSA 2A state qualifier in cross country... captured All-Mid Illini Conference accolades three times...served as the team captain for both the cross country and track teams for three seasons...three-time Team MVP in cross country and a two-time track Team MVP…led his team to first state bid in over 10 years…the team notched its highest conference finish in 20 years.
