2020-21 OUTDOOR (So.): Competed in the 400-meter hurdles and the 4x400-meter relay during the 2021 outdoor season...Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 400mH, clocking in at 53.04 seconds...Finished in the top-three in the 400-meter hurdles on five occasions...Earned All-Valley honors in the 400-meter hurdles placing third with a time of 52.90 seconds at the MVC Championships...Ran his season-best time in the 400mH prelims at the conference meet, clocking in at 52.80 seconds...Helped the 4x400-meter relay team to two first-place finishes throughout the 2021 season and was a member of the relay team at the Valley Championships.

2020-21 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed at four indoor meets as a junior...Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Jack Jennett Invite, clocking in at 49.92 seconds...Ran a personal-best time of 49.52 seconds in the 400m at the GVSU Big Meet, placing sixth overall...Earned All-Valley honors as a member of ISU's 4x400-meter relay team that placed second with a combined time of 3:18.20...Also scored a point for the 'Birds in the 400m, placing eighth in the finals with a time of 52.16 seconds.

2019-20 OUTDOOR (So.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 INDOOR (So.): Competed at six meets during his sophomore season, including the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championships...Finished second in the 600m with a time of 1:22.88 at the EIU Early Bird...Clocked in at 51.43 seconds in the 400m at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup to place second...Recorded a time of 50.84 seconds in the 400m at the Notre Dame Invitational, finishing seventh overall...Posted a season-best time of 50.71 seconds in the 400m prelims at the MVC Indoor Championships.

2018-19 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Recorded a personal-best time of 52.51 seconds in the 400-meter hurdles to place second, earning All-MVC honors at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Placed second in the 400mH at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27), clocking in at 52.74 seconds...Finished second with a time of 53.80 seconds in the 400mH at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20)...Competed in the 400mH (5th), the 4x400 (6th) and the DMR (4th) at the Tennessee Relays (4/11)...A member of the winning 4x400-meter relay that posted a combined time of 3:18.42 and placed second in the 400mH with a time of 53.70 seconds at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Opened the season with second-place finishes in the 400mH, clocking in at 53.07 seconds and the 4x400 with a combined time of 3:20.38 at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

2018-19 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed in four meet during the indoor campaign...Recorded personal-best time in the 400-meter dash and the 60-meter hurdles at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15), posting a time of 50.35 seconds in the 400 and a time of 8.58 seconds in the 60mH...Competed in the 4x400 (5th), the 400 (6th) and the 60mH at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Finished eighth in the 60mH, fifth in the 400 and third as a member of the 4x400 at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12)...Competed in the 60mH and the 4x400-meter relay to open the season at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8).

NORTH CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL: Three-time IHSAA State T&F Championships qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles, finishing third in 2016 and 2017, and garnering All-State honors in each of the past three seasons...also qualified for the IHSAA State T&F Championships in the 110-meter hurdles in 2017, placing 11th...ran a leg on North Central's 4x400-meter relay team that won the state championship in 2017...helped team to a runner-up finish at the IHSAA State Finals in 2018 and a third-place finish in 2017...three-time Hoosier State Relays Indoor Championships Qualifier in the 60-meter hurdles, posting highest finish (sixth) in 2017...All-Conference performer all four years of high school...also a three-year starter on North Central's football team...seven-time Academic All-Conference and two-time Academic All-State selection.
