2020-21 OUTDOOR (So.): Competed at four meets, including the MVC Championships...Cleared a personal-best height of 4.58 meters (15-0.25 ft.) in the pole vault at the Illinois State Invite...Threw a personal-best mark of 40.54 meters (133-0 ft.) in the discus at the Illinois State Invite...Scored points for the Redbirds with a fifth-place finish in the decathlon at the MVC Championships with 6,123 points...Also competed in the long jump and the javelin throw a the conference meet.
2020-21 INDOOR (Jr.): Competed at three meets during his junior indoor campaign, including the MVC Championships...Opened the season with a win in the long jump at the Don DeNoon Dual, finishing with a best mark of 6.92 meters (22-8.5 ft.)...Took eighth in the pole vault at the GVSU Big Meet, clearing 4.42 meters (14-6 ft.)...Became the fourth-straight Redbird to win the MVC heptathlon title, securing the win with 5,172 points...Recorded personal-bests in the long jump (7.32 meters/24-0.25 ft.) and the pole vault 4.51 meters (14-9.5 ft.) during the MVC heptathlon competition...His mark of 7.32 meters (24-0.25 ft.) in the long jump is currently the sixth-best all-time in ISU indoor track & field history...Also scored points for the 'Birds in the open long jump competition, placing sixth with a mark of 7.08 meters (23-2.75 ft.) at the the MVC Championships.
2019-20 OUTDOOR (So.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 INDOOR (So.): Competed at six meets during his sophomore season...Won the heptathlon at the Jack Jennett Open with 5,007 points, recording personal bests in the high jump (2.00 meters / 6-6.75 ft.) and the shot put (12.86 meters / 42-2.25 ft.)...His performance at the Jack Jennett Open earned him MVC Male Field Athlete of the Week honors, his first weekly honor from the conference office...Recorded a personal-best clearance of 4.30 meters (14-1.25 ft.) in the pole vault at the EIU Friday Night Special...Finished second in the heptathlon, earning the first All-Valley honors of his career with a personal-best 5,231 points...In route to his second-place finish at the Valley Championships, he set personal bests in the 60m (7.18 seconds), the long jump (7.03 meters / 23-0.75 ft.) and the 1,000m (2:59.14)...His 5,231 points are No. 2 all-time in ISU track & field history, behind only his teammate, Jordan Wilkerson.
2018-19 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Scored points in the decathlon at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12), posting 6,222 points for a fourth-place finish...Also competed in the long jump at the Valley Championships, finishing 10th with a mark of 6.59 meters (21-7.5 ft.)...Notched an eighth-place finish in the long jump with a leap of 6.32 meters (20-9 ft.) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3)...Competed in the 110mH, long jump and discus at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27)...Finished sixth in the javelin at the Pacesetter Sports Invitational (4/19-20), throwing a mark of 40.70 meters (133-6 ft.)...Recorded a personal-best 6,462 points in the decathlon to finish eighth at the Tennessee Relays (4/11)...Notched two fifth-place finishes in the javelin and the discus, throwing 43.40 meters (142-5 ft.) in the javelin and 35.71 meters (117-2 ft.) in the discus and recorded a personal-best time of 52.35 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Posted a personal-best mark of 46.22 meters (151-8 ft.) in the javelin and competed in the 110mH, long jump and shot put at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).
2018-19 INDOOR (Fr.): Recorded a personal-best 4,976 points in the heptathlon to finish fourth and posted a seventh-place finish in the long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Notched a personal-best time of 8.71 seconds in the 60mH and finished eighth in the pole vault at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15)...Competed in the 60mH and the high jump at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Posted a fourth-place finish in the heptathlon with 3,999 points at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Finished 10th with a mark of 6.40 meters (21-0 ft.) in the long jump and posted a time of 9.23 seconds in the 60mH at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Placed fifth in the high jump with a clearance of 1.89 meters (6-2.25 ft.) and finished ninth, clearing a height of 3.71 meters (12-2 ft.) in the pole vault at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12)...Opened the season at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8), competing in the 60-meter dash and the long jump.
BANGOR HIGH SCHOOL: 2018 WIAA Class 3A T&F State High Jump Champion...also placed fourth in the long jump at the 2018 WIAA Class 3A T&F State Championship, helping his team to a runner-up finish at the state finals...2018 conference champion in the long jump and 200-meter...2018 W/TFA State Indoor Championship qualifier in the high jump and long jump...also qualified for the WIAA State Finals in the high jump in 2015 (placing fourth) after winning the conference championship...four-year member of Bangor's football and basketball teams as well...helped his football team to two state championships in 2015 and 2017...named All-Conference and All-Area on both sides of the ball, holding the school records for most receiving yards and interceptions...also helped his basketball team to a state championship in 2018, garnering Second-Team All-State honors and joining Bangor's 1,000-point club...member of the National Honor Society...made the A-Honor Roll every year of high school.
