Senior Year (2022-2023)

Appeared in eight meets for the Redbirds...100y Fly personal best with a mark of 56.54 at the MVC Championships...Won the 200y Fly in her final home collegiate meet vs Indiana State Jan. 21 with a mark of 2:07.01.

Junior Year (2021-22)

First Team All-MVC selection in the 200 Butterfly at the MVC Championships with a third-place finish (2:02.93)...Grabbed first in the 200 Butterfly (2:05.79) and second in the 100 Butterfly (59.43) vs Northern Iowa Jan. 14-15...Five personal bests and one season best at the Purdue Invitational Nov. 18-20, including a 10th-place mark of 2:01.78 in the 200 Butterfly final. 

Sophomore Year (2020-21)

Competed in all five meets for the Redbirds … 2020-21 MVC Scholar-Athlete Team selection … Finished third at the conference meet in the 200-yard butterfly (2:03.78) to earn a spot on the All-MVC First Team … Added a season-best time of 56.82 in the 100-yard butterfly at the conference championship … Posted seven top-five finishes throughout the season, including a pair of second-place performances in the season opener against Valpo in the 200-yard freestyle (2:00.38) and 100-yard butterfly (1:00.45).

Freshman Year (2019-20)

Competed in seven meets for the Redbirds … Turned in eight top-10 performances … Posted a season-best time of 2:06.11 in the 200-yard butterfly at the Purdue Invite … Recorded a pair of season-best times in the 500-yard freestyle (5:09.25) and the 100-yard butterfly (56.95) at the Valley Championships.

Background: Four-year member of Battle High School’s swim team … Broke the school and state record in the 200 IM her senior year, while also breaking the school’s record in the 100 freestyle event … Helped her team’s 200 medley relay team become the first relay team to qualify and compete at state her freshman season … Three-time all-state performer … Set several records her freshman and sophomore campaigns … Graduated with Valedictorian honors, posting a perfect 4.0 in her studies while completing 5 AP courses.

Personal: Daughter of Jason and Suzie Naeger … Born January 5 in Columbia, Missouri … Has a younger sister Morgan … Plans to major in biology while attending ISU.
