First Team All-MVC honors in the 100y Breast and 200y Breast for the second straight season...Silver in the 100y Breast at the MVC Championships, turning in an MVC Record of 1:00.29 in the prelims before finishing second in the final with a time of 1:00.38...Bronze in the 200y Breast with a mark of 2:15.34...CSCAA NIC participant for the third-straight season...Graduates as the 50y Breast (27.89), 100y Breast (1:00.29) and 200y Breast school-record holder...Also ranks 4th in the Redbird record book for the 50y Fly, second in the 200y IM, 4th in the 100y Fly, 3rd in the 50y Free and 100y Free...Represented the United States on the global stage prior to the season, participating at the World University Games...MVC Scholar-Athlete Team for the fourth-straight year...CSC Academic All District selection.
Senior Year (2022-2023)
2023 MVC Swimmer of the Year...200y IM, 100y Breast and 200y Breast titles at the 2023 MVC Championships...Set a school record of 2:15.34 in the 200y Breast prelims before crushing that mark with a Valley Championship record 2:11.58 in the finals...Brought down the Valley and Valley championship record with a prelim time of 1:00.64 in the 100y Breast before breaking that mark again in the finals, going 1:00.34 for gold...Personal best 2:00.61 in the 200y IM finals to become the first Redbird in program history to earn consecutive 200y IM titles at the MVC Championships...First Redbird in program history to win gold at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship, going 1:00.68 to win the CSCAA NIC title in the 100y Breast...Took silver in the 50y Breast at the CSCAA NIC...Set the 50-yard breaststroke school record in the prelims with a mark of 27.89 that earned her the top seed in the finals and went 27.94 to finish second in a narrow 50y Breast final...Broke the school's 100-yard Breaststroke record twice in the same day at the Purdue Invitational, recording a time of 1:01.90 in the prelims before improving to a 1:01.70 for 7th place in the finals...Earned MVC Swimmer of the Week honors following her performance at Purdue...MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second-straight season...CSCAA Scholar All-American...CSC Academic All-District.
Junior Year (2021-22)
200 IM Champion and First Team All-MVC Selection at the 2022 Valley Championships...Took home first in the 100 and 200 Breast at Northern Iowa Jan. 14-15. Six season bests and one personal best at the Purdue Invitational, including a 10th-place finish in the 200 Breast final (2:18.07)...Set the school record in the 200 Breast (2:16.04) and was the final leg of ISU's school record in the 400 Free relay (3:24.52) during the season.Â
Sophomore Year (2020-21)
Competed in all five meets for the Redbirds … 2020-21 MVC Scholar-Athlete Team selection … Earned a spot on the All-MVC First Team in the 100-yard breaststroke after finishing third in the event with a personal best time of 1:02.39 … Posted a pair of top-eight performances and season best times at the MVC Championships in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:17.10) and 200-yard IM (2:05.81) … Turned in seven top-three finishes during the regular season … Won the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:04.68 in a dual meet with UNI.
Freshman Year (2019-20)
Competed in seven meets for the Redbirds … Turned in 11 top-10 finishes, including two at the Valley Championships in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:03.20) and 200-yard breaststroke (2:19.90) finals with season-best times in each event … Earned an All-MVC Honorable Mention … Recorded a season-best time of 2:05.66 in the 200-yard IM at the MVC Championships.
Background: Four-hear member of Pearland High School's swim team ... Set the 100 breaststroke record her freshman season, before breaking it again her senior year ...
