2021 SPRING (R-Sr.): Became only the fifth Redbird in school history to finish in the top-100 at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, placing 99th overall with a 10K time of 31:32.5 at the national championship meet...Led the Redbirds to their first MVC Cross Country team title in 19 years, winning the MVC individual title with a time of 24:21.1, which was 11 seconds faster than the second-place finisher...Named the MVC Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Year and got an auto-bid for the NCAA Cross Country Championships for his first-place finish at the MVC Championships...Recorded a top-five finish at the first cross country meet of the season, placing fifth in the 8K with a time of 24:23.6 at the Lipscomb Winter Classic.

2019 (Sr.): Utilized redshirt season.

2018 (Jr.): Competed in five races for the Redbirds as a junior, including the MVC Championship and NCAA Midwest Regional…helped ISU to a runner-up finish at the Valley Championship, placing 20th with an 8K time of 25:12.70…was the second Redbird to cross the finish line at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 49th with a 10K personal-record of 32:07.80…placed fourth overall at the Illinois State Invitational with an 8K time of 25:18.00…recorded 5-mile personal-best at the Joe Piane Invitational, clocking in at 24:58.39.

2017 (So.): Competed in five meets for the Redbirds during sophomore campaign, including the MVC Championships and NCAA Midwest Regionals...placed 30th at the Valley championships...recorded two top-15 finishes over the course of the season, placing 11th at both the ISU Invite and Illini Open...recorded an 8K personal-best of 25:30.70 at the ISU Invite.

2016 (Fr.): Started his freshman season off with a personal-best 6K time at the Hawkeye Invitational where he ran a time of 18:47 and placed 27th overall...placed 19th at the ISU Invite...had his highest finish at the Badger Classic where he placed 9th overall......was named the MVC Male Cross Country Athlete of the Week on September 27 for this performance...ran season-best 8K at the Bradley Classic with a time of 25:42...placed 27th at the MVC Championships...ran his first 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regionals, posting a time of 32:08.

CHEQUAMAGON HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time All-Conference performer and two-time state champion on the cross country circuit...helped cross country team to two second-place state finishes and two third-place state finishes over the course of his four years...on the track, finished fourth in the state in the 1600-meter run and sixth in the state in the 3200-meter run in 2016...placed second in the 1600-meter run and third in the 3200-meter run at states in 2015...also played four years of hockey...earned WIAA Scholar-Athlete distinction.
