2021 SPRING (Jr.): Ran a personal-best 8K time of 26:06.5, placing 39th overall at the Lipscomb Winter Classic.

2019 (So.): Ran in five meets for the Redbirds as a sophomore...Finished 67th overall at the MVC Championships (11/2)...Completed the red race 8K in 26:38.0 at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18)...Was the third Redbird to cross the finish line at the Gans Creek Classic (9/27), placing 46th overall in the 8K with a time of 27:20.5...Recorded a personal-best time of 26:06.8 in the 8K at the Illinois State Invite (9/13) to finish 47th overall...Opened the season finishing 33rd overall in the 6K at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/6), clocking in at 19:31.9.

2018 (Fr.): Competed in five races during his freshman year as a Redbird, including the Hawkeye Invitational and the Joe Piane Invitational…opened his season by posting a 6K personal-best of 19:59.30 at the Hawkeye Invitational in his first collegiate race…captured a 5-mile personal-record (26:53.61) at the Joe Piane Invitational…was the third ISU runner to cross the finish line at the Illini Open, placing 41st with an 8K time of 26:57.70.

YORK HIGH SCHOOL: 2017 IHSA Class 3A Cross Country State Championship qualifier, finishing 48th overall...helped cross country team to a sixth place finish at the state finals in 2017...earned All-Conference honors on the cross country circuit as a senior...three-time Nike Cross Nationals Midwest Regional Qualifier...on the track, received All-Conference honors in the 3200-meter during his junior and senior seasons...member of the National Honor Society...named to the High Honor Roll during each of his four years.
