2020-21 OUTDOOR (Sr.): Raced at three meets during his final season as a Redbird...Finished as the MVC Runner-Up in both the 5,000-meter run and the 10,000-meter run at the MVC Championships to earn All-Valley honors in both events...Ran a personal-best time of 29:33.19 in the 10K at the MVC Championships...Clocked a season-best time of 14:10.47 in the 5K at the Drake Relays...Ended his career ranked No. 7 all-time in the 5,000m and No. 8 all-time in the 10,000m in Illinois State outdoor track & field history.

2020-21 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed at the GVSU Big Meet where he ran the second-fastest 5,000-meter run time in school history, placing fifth overall with a personal-best time of 14:00.40.

2019-20 INDOOR (Jr.): Raced at six meets during his junior indoor season...Opened the season racing the 5K at the GVSU Holiday Open where he finished with a time of 14:26.62...Won the 3K at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup with a time of 8:27.90...Recorded a lifetime best in the mile at the Notre Dame Invitational, clocking in at 4:15.81 to place fourth...Finished second in the 3K at the Meyo Invitational, recording a personal-best time of 8:17.48...Ran the seventh-fastest time in ISU indoor track & field history at the Iowa State Classic, posting a personal-best time of 14:16.95 in the 5K...Earned All-Valley honors in both the 3K and the 5K at the MVC Indoor Championships, placing third in both events.

2018-19 OUTDOOR (R-So.): Recorded a personal-best time of 14:41.21 in the 5,000-meter run to place seventh at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Also fell just shy of All-MVC honors at the MVC Championships, placing fourth in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 30:36.63...Posted the ninth-fastest time in the 5,000 at the Drake Relays (4/24-27), clocking in at 14:47.32...Finished fourth in the 1,500 with a time of 4:01.00 at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Notched a personal-best time in the 10,000-meter run at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (3/28-30), clocking in at 29:57.87.

2018-19 INDOOR (So.): Posted a seventh-place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24), clocking in at 14:48.46...Also competed in the 3,000-meter run, finishing 10th with a time of 8:31.67 at the MVC Championships...Notched a 10th-place finish in the 5,000 with a time of 14:42.08 at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Competed in the 3,000-meter run at the Meyo Invitational (2/1-2), finishing with a time of 8:33.11...Ran a time of 8:311.54 in the 3,000 at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19) to finish 15th...Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12), clocking in at 8:44.64.

2017-18 INDOOR (R-Fr.): Competed in four meets over the course of the indoor season, including the MVC Championships...raced in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter at the Valley meet...finished 13th among 42 competitors in the 3,000-meter run, crossing the finish line in 8:33.78...placed 12th in the 5,000-meter with a time of 15:09.82...captured personal-best 3,000-meter time of 8:27.36 at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing 17th out of 37 runners...recorded personal-best 5,000-meter mark (14:57.53) at the Meyo Invitational.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Captured a personal-best in the 1,500-meter run (4:06.44) at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic with a personal-best time of 8:50.28...placed third in the 5,000-meter run at the Ole Miss/Joe Walker Invitational...posted a personal-record in the 5,000-meter run (14:57.40) at the EIU Big Blue Classic...competed in the 5,000-meter run and 10,000-meter run at MVC Championships...placed 16th in the 5,000-meter run...finished ninth in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 31:25.04.

2016-17 INDOOR (Fr.): Utilized redshirt season.

CHEQUAMAGON HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time All-Conference performer and two-time state champion on the cross country circuit...helped cross country team to two second-place state finishes and two third-place state finishes over the course of his four years...on the track, finished fourth in the state in the 1600-meter run and sixth in the state in the 3200-meter run in 2016...placed second in the 1600-meter run and third in the 3200-meter run at states in 2015...also played four years of hockey...earned WIAA Scholar-Athlete distinction.
