2019-20 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed at seven meets during his senior indoor campaign...Recorded a personal-best time of 22.89 seconds in the 200m at the Iowa State Classic...Repeated as the MVC Champion in the heptathlon, recording a personal-best 5,255 points to break the Illinois State track & field school record...In route to his second-consecutive MVC title in the heptathlon, he recorded personal bests in the shot put (12.60 meters / 41-4.25 ft.), the high jump (2.02 meters / 6-7.5 ft.) and the pole vault (4.51 meters / 14-9.5 ft.) and won three out of the seven events (60m, high jump, pole vault).

2018-19 OUTDOOR (Jr.): Earned All-MVC honors in the javelin with a personal-best throw of 53.70 meters (176-2 ft.) at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12)...Also competed in the high jump and scored points with a fifth-place finish in the decathlon at the Valley Championships...Posted the third-fastest time in the 100, clocking in at 11.13 seconds and finished sixth in the long jump with a mark of 6.46 meters (21-2.5 ft.) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic (5/3)...Competed in the 400, high jump, discus and javelin at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27) with his best finishes coming in the javelin (fifth) and the discus (sixth)...Posted a second-place finish in the javelin with a mark of 49.23 meters (161-6 ft.) and finished fourth in the discus and sixth in the 400 at the Redbird Invitational (4/6)...Opened the outdoor campaign competing in the 110mH, long jump, shot put and javelin at the Ole Miss Classic (3/30).

2018-19 INDOOR (Jr.): Crowned the MVC Champion in the heptathlon with a personal-best 5,073 points and scored points with an eighth-place finish in the long jump at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-24)...Finished eighth in the 60mH prelims with a time of 9.12 seconds at the Badger Red & White Classic (2/15)...Leaped to a mark of 6.61 meters (21-8.25 ft.) in the long jump at the Music City Challenge (2/8-9)...Posted a second-place finish in the heptathlon with 4,657 points at the Illini Invitational (1/25-26)...Recorded a personal-best clearance of 4.30 meters (14-1.25 ft.) in the pole vault and finished fifth in the high jump, clearing 1.95 meters (6-4.75 ft.) at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/19)...Competed in the 60, pole vault and shot put at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup (1/12)...Opened the season at the Jimmy Grant Invitational (12/8), posting a time of 7.06 seconds in the 60 and a mark of 6.73 meters (22-1 ft.) in the long jump.

2017-18 OUTDOOR (So.): Competed in the decathlon and javelin at the MVC Championships...placed fourth in the decathlon with a personal-record 6,623 points...mark sits fifth all-time in Redbird history...during the decathlon at the Valley Championships, posted personal-bests in the 1,500-meter (4:58.57), pole vault (4.03m/13-02.50), and discus (30.93m/101-05.00)...also posted victories in the decathlon 100-meter dash (10.90) and high jump (1.94m/6-04.25)...placed ninth in the open javelin with a personal-best throw of 48.11m (157-10.00)...also competed in the decathlon at the Virginia Challenge, finishing fifth with 6,428 points.

2017-18 INDOOR (So.): Earned third All-Conference accolade of career at the MVC Championships, finishing third in the heptathlon with a personal-record 5,047 points...point total ranks third all-time in Illinois State history...en route to third-place finish at the Valley Championships, recorded personal-bests in the 60-meter hurdles (8.74), high jump (1.96m/6-05.00), long jump (6.88m/22-07.00), pole vault (3.85m/12-07.50), and shot put (12.09m/39-08.00)...competed in the 60-meter at the EIU Early Bird, finishing 11th with a season-best time of 7.01...also ran a leg on the Redbirds' 4x400-meter relay team that claimed victory at the EIU Early Bird with a time of 3:24.27.

2016-17 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Finished fourth and posted a personal-best in the 100-meter run (10.88) at the Wisconsin Alumni Classic...placed fourth in the 400-meter run with a personal-record of 49.39 at the Illinois State Redbird Invitational...placed fourth in the decathlon at MVC Championships...final score of 6,462 points is not only a personal-record but currently ranks sixth in Illinois State history...recorded personal-bests in the 1,500-meter run (5:02.96), shot put (12.17m, 39-11.25), discus (27.76m, 91-01.00), and javelin (47.56m, 156-00.00)...won the decathalon high jump with a height of 1.94m (06-04.25)...also competed in javelin and the 4x400-meter relay at MVC Championships...placed second and earned All-MVC honors in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:11.06...mark currently ranks ninth in Redbird history.

2016-17 INDOOR (Fr.): Placed third and posted a personal-best jump of 1.97m (6-05.50) in high jump at the Illinois Orange & Blue Open...ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that posted the second-fastest time in Illinois State history (3:13.99) at the GVSU Big Meet Invite...competed in two heptathlons this season...placed seventh at the Black & Gold Premier Meet with a score of 4,488 points...finished second and recorded a personal-best time of 2:53.90 in the 1,000-meter run during the heptathlon at the Black & Gold Premier Meet...finished seventh overall in the heptathlon at MVC Championships, posting a personal-record 4,856 points...mark currently ranks third on the Illinois State Top-10 List...performance included capturing personal-bests in the 60-meter dash (6.98), 60-meter hurdles (8.78), pole vault (3.50m, 11-05.7), and long jump (6.78m, 22-03.00)...also competed in the 4x400-meter relay at MVC Championships...placed first and earned All-MVC distinction with a time of 3:16.64, a mark which currently stands as the ninth-fastest in Illinois State history.
