2022-2023 OUTDOOR (R-Jr.): Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season where he would finish second in the disc throw with 51.03m (167' 5'') at the 2023 EIU Big Blue. Finished fifth in the shot put at the Joe Walker Invitational with a throw of 17.58 (57' 8.25''). Finished second at the Wisconsin Classic in the disc throw and the shot put with 54.04 (177' 3'') and 17.34m 56'10.75'').... At the 2023 MVC Outdoor Tack and Field Championship Boyer finished third in the shot put with 17.66m (57' 11.25").
2022-2023 INDOOR (Sr.): Competed in in eight meets during the indoor season, where he would finish first in the shot put with a throw of 16.76m (55' 0''). Finished first at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup in the shot put with a throw of 17.70m (58' 1''). finished second at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational in the shot put with a throw of 17.75m (58' 3''). At the 2023 Meyo Invite he would set a personal record in the shot put with a throw of 18.45m (60' 6.5"). Finished first at the 2023 Hoosier Hills in the shot put with 17.69 (58' 0.5''). At the MVC Indoor Tack and Filed Championship he would take fourth place in the shot put with 17.98m (57' 7.5").
2021-2022 Outdoor (R-So.): Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, including both the MVC Championships and the 2022 NCAA West Preliminary round… Won the discus throw at both the Illini Classic and the Redbird Challenge… Recorded a personal best mark of 18.00m (59’ 0.75”) in the shot put, ranking sixth on the Illinois State all-time top-ten list and placing him within the top-48 in the West Region… Threw a personal best mark of 54.32m (178’ 2”) in the discus throw at the Wisconsin Classic, again ranking him sixth on the all-time list… Contributed points at the MVC Championships in placing fifth in the discus throw with a mark of 51.81m (170’ 0”), and sixth in the shot put with a toss of 17.00m (55’ 9.25”)… Wrapped up the 2022 season at the NCAA West Preliminary rounds in the shot put, placing 43rd in the region with a mark of 16.83m (55’ 2.75”)
2021-2022 Indoor (Jr.): Competed in eight meets during his junior year indoor season… Contributed points in the Coughlan Malloy Cup in placing third in the shot put… Threw a seasons-best mark of 16.62m (54’ 6.5”) at the GVSU Big Meet to place second overall… Matched his seasons-best at the Illini Classic to place third… Finished the indoor campaign at the MVC Championships, placing 18th in the weight throw with a toss of 15.05m (49’ 4.5”) and tenth in the shot put with a mark of 15.10m (49’ 6.5”)
2020-21 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Competed at seven meets during his first outdoor season as a Redbird...Placed second in the shot put with a mark of 15.91 meters (52-2.5 ft.) and third in the discus with a mark of 47.89 meters (157-1 ft.) at the Redbird Invite...Threw a personal-best mark of 49.78 meters (163-4 ft.) in the hammer throw at the Illinois State Invite, placing ninth overall...Scored a point for the 'Birds in the discus at the MVC Championships, placing eighth with a personal-best throw of 50.13 meters (164-6 ft.)...Also competed in the shot put and the hammer throw at the Valley Championships...Threw a season-best mark of 16.93 meters (55-6.5 ft.) in the shot put at the Clark-Wood Open.
2020-21 INDOOR (So.): Competed at three meets, including the MVC Championships...Threw a season-best of 16.46 meters (54-0 ft.) in the shot put to place seventh at the Jack Jennett Invite...Placed third in both the shot put and the weight throw at the EIU Friday Night Special...Scored points for the 'Birds in both the shot put and the weight throw at the MVC Championships, placing sixth in the shot put with a throw of 16.35 meters (53-7.75 ft.) and eighth in the weight throw with a personal-best throw of 17.17 meters (56-4 ft.).
2019-20 OUTDOOR (Fr.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019-20 INDOOR (Fr.): Competed at seven meets during his debut season for the Redbirds...Opened the season with a lifetime-best throw of 17.35 meters (56-11.25 ft.) to win the shot put and post the No. 6 mark in ISU indoor track & field history at the EIU Early Bird...Finished second in the weight throw at the EIU Early Bird, recording a mark of 14.78 meters (48-6 ft.)...Placed second in the shot put with a throw of 16.35 meters (53-7.75 ft.) at the Coughlan-Malloy Cup...Competed in the shot put and the weight throw at the MVC Indoor Championships, recording a personal-best mark of 16.55 meters (54-3.75 ft.) in the weight throw to finish 11th overall.
