2020-21 OUTDOOR (R-Fr.): Competed in the pole vault at five meets during the 2021 outdoor campaign...Matched his personal-best clearance of 4.72 meters (15-5.75 ft.) at the Ole Miss Classic to place ninth...Finished third overall at the Redbird Invite, clearing 4.67 meters (15-3.75 ft.).

2020-21 INDOOR (So.): Competed at four indoor meets as a sophomore...Opened the season with a second-place finish at the Don DeNoon Dual, clearing 4.57 meters (15-0 ft.) in the pole vault...Cleared a personal-best height of 4.72 meters (15-5.75 ft.) to place fourth in the pole vault at the GVSU Big Meet...Tied for third in the pole vault with teammate Sam Peschke at the MVC Championships, clearing 4.66 meters (15-3.5 ft.) to earn his first All-Valley honors.

2019-20 OUTDOOR (R-Fr.): Canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 INDOOR (R-Fr.): Competed in the pole vault at seven meets during his debut season for the Redbirds...Opened the season with a third-place finish at the EIU Early Bird, clearing 4.60 meters (15-1 ft.)...Finished fifth at the Notre Dame Invitational, clearing 4.55 meters (14-11 ft.)...Recorded a personal-best clearance of 4.71 meters (15-5.5 ft.) at the Iowa State Classic...Scored points for the Redbirds at the MVC Indoor Championships, placing seventh with a clearance of 4.66 meters (15-3.5 ft.).

McHENRY HIGH SCHOOL WEST CAMPUS: Won the pole vault competition at the 2018 McHenry County T&F Championships...helped team to a second-place finish at the 2018 McHenry County Track Meet...crowned the 2018 Fox Valley Conference Champion in the pole vault...finished eighth in the pole vault at the 2018 Illinois Top Times Meet...also played four seasons of soccer.

PERSONAL: Born June 19, 2000, in Woodstock, Illinois...son of Brian and Jennifer Schweitzer...father, Brian, attended ISU and was a member of the track & field team from 1985-1988...he still holds the ninth-best indoor and outdoor pole vault marks in Redbird track and field history...has one older sister, Gabrielle...plans to major in physical education with career aspirations of becoming a high school gym teacher and coach.
