2021 FALL (So.): Paced the Redbirds in three of the five races he competed in during his sophomore season…Competed in his first collegiate 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/12), crossing the finish line third for the ‘Birds and 99th overall in a time of 32:31.76…Led the Illinois State men to a fourth-place team finish at the MVC Championships (10/29), finishing 13th overall in a time of 25:07.7…Paced the Redbird men in the men’s red race at the Bradley Classic (10/15), placing 52nd overall with an 8K time of 25:02.2…Was the second Redbird to cross the finish line at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/1), finishing 55th overall…Posted the first sub-25 minute 8K of his collegiate career in his season debut at the Redbird Invitational (9/17), notching an 11th-place finish in a time of 24:48.4.

2021 SPRING (Fr.): Named MVC Freshman of the Year as the top freshman finisher at the MVC Cross Country Championships...Earned his first All-MVC honors in cross country with a fourth-place finish (25:04.9) to help the men's team to their first MVC team title in 19 years...Placed 18th overall at his first meet as a Redbird, clocking in at 25:19.4 in the men's 8K at the Lipscomb Winter Classic.

NORMAL COMMUNITY WEST HS: A four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field...Two-time IHSA 3A Boys Track & Field State Qualifier...Placed sixth in the 3,200m (9:17.64) at the 2019 IHSA State Championships...A two-time Big 12 Conference Champion...Finished first in the 3,200m and second in the 1,600m at the 2020 Big 12 Indoor Boys Championship...A three-time Big 12 Conference Cross Country Champion...A two-time All-State Cross Country finisher...Placed seventh at the 2018 Class 3A Cross Country Championships with a time of 14:30 (3 miles)...Named team MVP as a senior...Helped his team to cross country and indoor track & field conference championships as a senior.
