Contact Information Changes
Please notify the Illinois State Ticket Office of any changes in the information we have on file in your customer account. Changes of contact information must be done in written form and may be sent by email to tickets@ilstu.edu, or mailed to the Illinois State Ticket Office, 103 Hancock Stadium, Campus Box 7180, Normal, IL 61790. Please remember that any changes of contact information will not be accepted via telephone in order to protect the privacy of patrons.
