Tickets that have been ordered through the Redbird Ticket Office may be picked up at the box office located on the East side of Hancock Stadium. Will Call opens four hours prior to game time. In order to obtain tickets held in will call, a photo ID that matches the name on the ticket order is required and must be presented at time of pick up. Refunds will not be issued for any tickets that are not picked up at Will Call.

Visiting Team
Tickets that have been ordered through or issued by the visiting team should be picked up at Gate 1, located on the Northwest side of Hancock Stadium. All recipients will be required to show a valid ID. Visiting Team Will Call opens 1 hour prior to kick-off.

Press 
Press Will Call is located at the East Ticket Office at Hancock Stadium. Will Call opens four hours prior to kick off. An ID will be required when picking up press credentials.   

Illinois State Player Guest; Recruits and High School Coaches
Individuals who have been named by an Illinois State football player or cheerleader to receive a ticket, will pick up their ticket by entering through the South Door of the East Ticket Office. All recipients will be required to show a valid ID. Player Guest Will Call opens 1 hour prior to kick-off.

Individuals being recruited by Illinois State or high school coaches will pick up their tickets at a table outside the south end of the East Ticket Office on the East side of the stadium. All recipients will be required to show a valid ID. Recruit and High School Coaches Will Call opens 1 hour prior to kick-off.

Illinois State Coaches' Guests

Guests of Illinois State coaches will pick up their tickets at the East ticket office, open 4 hours prior to kickoff. 

Men's Basketball 

Public

Press Will Call is located at the Southwest tunnel entrance, located on the southwest side of Redbird Arena. Will Call opens one hour prior to tipoff. An ID will be required when picking up press credentials.

Individuals who have been named by an Illinois State basketball player or cheerleader to receive a ticket, individuals being recruited by Illinois State, or high school coaches will pick up their ticket at the west entrance of Redbird Arena. All recipients will be required to show a valid ID. The West entrance opens 1 hour prior to tip-off.

Guests of Illinois State coaches will pick up their tickets at the Ticket Office at the North Entrance, open 4 hours prior to tip-off.
