Ryan Henry joined the Redbird baseball program in the fall of 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Operations as a graduate assistant.

Henry served as the Video Coordinator Graduate Assistant during the 2019-2020 academic year.

Previously, Henry was a student manager for three years at Purdue where he met head coach Steve Holm and assistant head coach Wally Crancer. Volunteer assistant coach Ross Learnard also was a pitcher at Purdue during Henry's time in West Lafayette, Indiana. One of his main responsibilities as a manager was serving as an undergraduate video coordinator. 

While at Purdue, Henry also worked as a field scout for Perfect Game in 2017 and 2018.

Henry graduated from Purdue in 2019 with a degree in health sciences and a minor in biology. Originally from Richardson, Texas, Henry is currently working towards his MBA at Illinois State.
