2017 (Sophomore): Appeared in 43 games, with 40 starts … majority of starts came at second base, but also played extensively at first base and third base … named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Tournament Team … batted .278/.333/.368 … tallied 10 extra-base hits, including eight doubles … posted 23 runs scored and 24 RBIs … shared the team lead in sacrifice flies, with six … authored 10 multi-hit games, as well as six games with multiple RBIs… compiled a nine-game hitting streak (4/11 to 4/23), the team’s second-longest such streak of the season … posted a .971 fielding percentage … finished the season on a five-game hitting streak after hitting safely in all five games of the MVC Tournament … drove in one or more runs in four of Illinois State’s five games in the MVC Tournament … homered at Notre Dame (4/19) … doubled twice and drove in three runs against Evansville (4/15) … hit first collegiate triple against Indiana State (5/6) … named to the MVC and AFNI honor rolls.

Mundelein HS: Was a two-year member of the baseball team … batted .350 with a .450 on-base percentage as a senior … committed only four errors … named a Daily Herald and News Sun First-Team All-Area selection … team won regional and sectional titles … earned all-conference honors as a junior … did not commit an error as a junior, while serving as the team’s primary second baseman … team won conference championship his junior year … also was a member of school’s basketball and golf teams … holds multiple school records for three-point shooting … made a school-record 127 3-pointers as a senior, tied for 17th-highest single-season total in state history … also made 12 3-pointers in one game as a senior, tied for the fourth most in a game in state history … was a three-time all-conference selection and a regional champion as a member of the golf team … was named the Daily Herald Lake County Male Athlete of the Year … member of the National Honor Society … graduated summa cum laude.
