2022 Fall (R-Sr.) competed in five meets in her second year as a Redbird..With a top-10 finish at the Redbird invite (9/16) with a time of 21:58.8 second Redbird in the top-10 among this race...posted a top-50 at the Gans Creeks meet with a time of 21:28.0...at the 2022 MVC Conference race she posted at top-30 time with 22:39.3...competed at the 2022 Midwest regional and posted a time of 22:16.3

2021 FALL (R-Jr.): Competed in five meets in her first season as a Redbird…Posted a top-100 finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/12), finishing in a time of 22:13.02, third among the Redbird women and 92nd overall…Competed at the MVC Championships (10/29), clocking in a time of 22:46.0 in the 6K race…Finished fourth on the team and 70th overall in the women’s red race at the Bradley Classic (10/15)…Notched a personal best at the Redbird Invite (9/17), recording a time of 22:06.7 to place 28th overall…Opened the season at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/3), setting a personal best tome of 14:49.1 in the 4K to finish second on the team and 29th overall.

OLATHE NORTH HIGH SCHOOL/UMKC: Participated in cross country and track and field in high school…Earned All-State in cross country in 2016 and 2017…Earned the All-Metro for cross country in 2016 and 2017…Kansas First-Team GKCCCA in 2017…All-State Track in the 3200m in 2017 and 2018…All-State in the 1600m in 2018…Spent two years at UMKC, participating in track & field… Set a PR in the 6K at the 2018 WAC Championships…Also competed at 2018 NCAA Regionals, taking 159th overall
