Competed in five races for the Redbirds during junior campaign...recorded a personal-best 8K time of 25:58.23 at the Greater Louisville Classic...posted a personal-record in the 6K (19:01.90) at the Hawkeye Invitational, placing 33rd...captured a top-15 finish at the Illini Open, placing 14th overall.

2016

Competed in five meets this season...captured season-best 6K at the Hawkeye Invitational where he ran a time of 19:29..ran season-best 8K at the Bradley Classic where he posted a time of 26:31...his highest finish was at the Illini Open where he placed 26th with an 8K time at 26:56.

2015

Competed in two races after coming off a redshirt year due to injury…competed at the Bradley Classic and finished 18th with a 8K time of 26:48…clocked an 8K time of 27:01.5 at the Illini Open.

Tremont High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country … sixth-place finisher at the state cross country championships, helping his team to a sixth-place overall finish … ran a personal-best three-mile time of 14:52 as a senior … sixth-place finisher in the 1,600-meter race at the 2012 state championships to accompany a fourth-place finish in the 3,200m … holds personal-best times of 4:25 in the 1,600m and 9:31 in the 3,200m … as a sophomore, captured a fifth-place finish in the 1,600m and posted a fifth-place finish at state as a part of the 4x800m relay team … summa cum laude.
