Competed in five races for the Redbirds as a senior, including the NCAA Midwest Regional where he ran a 10K personal-best of 33:51.00…was the first Redbird to cross the finish line at the Illini Open, posting a personal-best 8K time of 26:16.00.
2017
Competed in four meets for the 'Birds as a sophomore...posted a top-15 finish in the Open Race at the Bradley Classic, placing 12th overall with a personal-best 8K time of 26:34.00...recorded a 6K personal-best of 19:08.00 at the Hawkeye Invitational...captured a top-20 finish at the Illini Open, placing 16th with an 8K time of 27:12.90.

Competed in three events in his freshman year…season-best performance was at the Bradley Pink Classic where he ran an 8K time of 26:39.90, finishing 16th in the White Race…recorded season-best 6K time at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invitational, finishing 35th in 20:02.60.

Downers Grover South High School: three-year letter winner in cross country and track…two-time all-conference… two-time champion and two time co-champion…placed first in the 3200-meter run with a time of 10:05.90.
Personal: Born 4/21/1997…son of Michael and Gabriela Kirk…siblings are Nick and Sam…plans to major in computer science.
