2021 SPRING (Sr.): Earned his first ever All-Valley honors in cross country, placing fifth overall with a time of 25:05.0 at the MVC Cross Country Championships to help the Redbirds to their first MVC team title since 2002.

2019 (Jr.): Competed in four meets during his junior campaign...Shaved 28-seconds off of his 10K time at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15), finishing 46th overall with a personal-best time of 31:59.3...Recorded the best finish of his cross country career at the MVC Championships (11/2), finishing 18th overall with a time of 25:38.72...Posted a top-15 performance at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18), crossing the finish line first for the Redbirds and 14th overall with a time of 24:45.8 in the 8K...Opened the season winning his first ever cross country race at the Illinois State Invite (9/13), clocking in with a time of 24:41.1...Named MVC Men's Runner of the Week (Sept. 17) for his performance at the Illinois State Invite.

2018 (So.): Competed in five races for the Redbirds as a sophomore, scoring points for the 'Birds in each competition...was the third ISU finisher on three occasions, including at the Joe Piane Invitational, where he recorded a 5-mile personal-best of 24:52.06 to place 47th among 142 runners...finished 29th overall at the MVC Championships, recording an 8K time of 25:34.20...captured 10K personal-best (32:27.50) at the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing 69th out of 208 competitors to help the Redbirds to their highest regional finish (9th) since 2001.

2017 (R-Fr.): Finished in the top-five among ISU runners three times during freshman season, including at the MVC Championships...was the third Redbird to cross the finish line at the Valley Championships, placing 20th overall with an 8K time of 25:49.93...posted personal-best  8K time at the ISU Invite, finishing 15th with a time of 25:41.20...was the top Redbird finisher at the Illini Open, recording a top-10 finish and placing seventh overall.

2016 (Fr.): Utilized redshirt season.

TOOWOOMBA STATE HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and track and field…. National (Australia) bronze medalist in the 800-meter run…state (Queenland, Australia) champion in the 800m, 1500m, and 8K in cross country his senior year…was the state champion in the 800m and state runner-up in the 8K in cross country his junior year…school record and regional record holder in the 800m and 1500m…his personal-best 800 is at a time of 1:50.11 and his personal-best 1500m is at a time of 3:48.60.
