2016

Earned his second-consecutive All-MVC honorable mention as he placed 11th at the MVC Championships...ran is career-best 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time at 32:48...his second highest finish of the season was at the Notre Dame Invitational where he placed 19th with a 5-mile time at 25:11...academically, he earned MVC Scholar-Athlete honors.

2015

Competed in six out of the eight events this season…with placing in the top-15 in four events…placed second at the Hawkeye Early Bird Invite with a 6K time of 19:43.1…placed seventh at the ISU Invite…placed 14th at the Bradley Classic and the MVC Championships…picked up two personal-best performances one being at the Bradley Classic with a PR 8K time of 24:19…the other one was at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a PR 10K of 32:24.8.

2014

Opening the season with a 6K personal-best time of 18:45 at the Wisconsin opener…earned a clocked time of 25:32 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship…closed his season at the NCAA Midwest Regional 10K with a time of 32:51 

2013

As a true freshman, competed in six events, opening up the season with a second-place finish at the Hawkeye Invitational, clocking a 4K time of 12:38.86 … finished 18th at ISU’s home meet with an 8K time of 25:11.75 … second Redbird to cross the line at the esteemed Roy Griak Invitational, clocking an 8K time of 25:53.3 … ran to a time of 25:12.84 at Pre-NCAA’s … notched a personal-best 8K time of 25:06.6 at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships to place 16th … closed out the season with a 10K time of 32:30 at the Midwest Regional, helping the Redbirds to a 15th-place regional ranking. 

PRIOR TO ISU

Kenowa Hills High School: Four-year letterwinner in track and cross country...Holds the 5K school record in cross country with a time of 15:15 as well as the 1,600-meter run school record with a time of 4:14...Named MVP for three consecutive years in track and cross country...Four-time All-Conference member in track and cross country...Three-time All-State honors in cross country...Two-Time regional champion in cross country and track...Helped lead his team to its first regional win in school history...Holds a personal-best time of 15:15 in the 5K and 4:14 and 9:13 in the 1,600-and 3,200-meter runs, respectively...Scholar athlete and National Honors Society member.
