BEFORE ILLINOIS STATE

Ebert began her collegiate career at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside for two years. She competed in cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field, participating in several mid-distance/distance events. As a sophomore, she competed at the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Cross Country Championships in the 6k, placing 14th with a time of 21:28.0 to help her earn All-Region honors. She continued to grow throughout the season, as she earned an title in the 3000m steeplechase at the GLIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 10:25.57. Ebert concluded her season with a personal-best time of 10:22.25 in the 3000m steeplechase for fifth place at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

During her freshman season as a Ranger, Ebert qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championship and was named to the USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region team.
