- Won the 5000m with a time of 15:41.01 at the Redbird Challenge (March 28-29)...Improved his 5000m time by nearly 30 seconds to place first in the Senior Spotlight (May 2).
2025 Indoor
- Started the season with a time of 8:44.44 in the 3000m at the Keck Select (Feb. 7-8)...Placed seventh in the Mile with a time of 4:29.28 at the Redbird Tune-Up (Feb. 21).
2024 Cross Country
- Opened the season with a time of 19:38.4 in the 6k at the Hawkeye Invitational (Aug. 30)...Finished 24th in the 8k at the Redbird Invitational (Sep. 13)...Ran a college-best time of 25:15.3 in the 8k at the MVC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1).
