Lacher joins the Redbird program after being a four-year student athlete at the University of Northern Iowa. She competed in several mid-distance/distance events during cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field seasons. The Scottsdale, Ariz., native collected a personal-best time of 25:06.7 in the 6k at the Dan Huston Invitational (Oct. 4, 2025) in senior season. During her junior season, she received MVC Commissioners' Academic Excellence Awards and was named as an MVC Honor Roll student-athlete. She collected three-consecutive mile victories during the 2024-25 indoor track & field season.Â
