CAREER RESULTS

2021 FALL (Jr.): Competed in three meets in her junior season…Posted a personal best and top-10 finish (7th) at the Illini Open (10/22) with a time of 23:08.1…Finished 49th in the women’s white race of the Bradley Classic (10/15) in a time of 24:05/2…Opened the season at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/3), notching a top-100 finish (83rd).

2021 SPRING (So.): Placed 59th overall at the Lipscomb Winter Classic, recording a time of 20:09.7 in the 5K.

2019 (Fr.): Competed in four meets during her first season with the Redbirds...Recorded a personal-best time of 19:34.2 in the 5K at the Bulldog Invite (10/25), placing 24th overall...Was the top finisher for the ISU women in the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18) white race, clocking in at 23:43.7 to place 20th overall in the first 6K of her collegiate career...Completed the 5K in 20:11.2 at the Illinois State Invite (9/13)...Made her collegiate debut at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/6) and completed the 4K in 16:26.2.

UNIVERSITY HIGH SCHOOL: A two-year letterwinner in track & field and a one-year letterwinner in cross country...Also has letters in volleyball and basketball...Placed fourth at state in cross country as a senior...A member of U-High's 4x800m relay state championship team in 2019...Earned All-Conference honors in track & field as a senior.

PERSONAL: Born 8/23/2001...Daughter of Kregg and Wendy Ummel...Has one older sister, Kaley, and two older brothers, Kyler and Keegan...Mom ran track & field and sister ran track & field and cross country at ISU...Majoring in Marketing and Communications with aspirations of working in sales.
