2021 FALL (Sr.): Competed in five meets for the Redbird women during her senior campaign…Made her NCAA Midwest Regional (11/12) debut, finishing fourth among the ISU women and 96th overall in a time of 22:13.93, a new personal best…Crossed the finish line in a time of 22:57.6 at the MVC Championships (10/29), placing 44th overall…Finished as the fifth Redbird in the women’s red race at the Bradley Classic (10/15), placing 84th overall in a time of 22:23.4…Competed at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/1), clocking in at 18:53.4 in the 5K race, finishing 90th overall…Opened the season at the Redbird Invite (9/17), finishing in a time of 22:42.6 to place 50th overall.

2021 SPRING (Jr.): Crossed the finish line second for the Redbirds and 17th overall at the MVC Cross Country Championships, recording a time of 18:28.5...Ran the best 5K of her collegiate career, clocking in at 18:29.3 to place 27th overall at the Lipscomb Winter Classic.

2019 (So.): Competed in seven meets for the Redbird women during the 2019 campaign...Finished 60th overall in her first MVC Cross Country Championships (11/2) appearance...Was the top finisher for the 'Birds at the Bulldog Invite (10/25), placing 13th overall with a time of 19:11.5...Finished the women's red race 6K circuit at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18) in a personal-best time of 23:15.3...Broke the 19-minute barrier for the first time, clocking in at a personal-best time of 18:59.20 in the 5K at the Joe Piane Invitational (10/4)...Notched a personal-best time in the 6K at the Gans Creek Classic (9/27), clocking in at 24:08.7 to finish 57th overall...Recorded a personal-best time in the 5K at the Illinois State Invite (9/13), clocking in at 19:32.8 to finish 67th overall...Opened the season at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/6) where she was the second Redbird to cross the finish line with a time of 15:29.6, placing 36th overall.

2018 (Fr.): Competed in three races during freshman season...posted 5K personal-best at the Illini Open, placing 51st overall with a time of 20:14.00...was the third Redbird to cross the finish line at the Bradley Classic, capturing a 6K personal-record of 25:06.50...also competed at the Illinois State Invitational, clocking in at 21:42.30 to place 52nd. 

STREAMWOOD HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time All-Conference and three-time Academic All-Conference selection as a member of Streamwood's track & field team...qualified for the 2017 IHSA Class 3A State T&F Championships in both the 800-meter and 1600-meter...also earned All-Conference honors on the cross country circuit in 2016, and was an Academic All-Conference honoree in 2016 and 2017...cross country team captain in 2017...also a four-year starter on the women's basketball team, being named a two-time All-Area Honorable Mention and three-time All-Conference Honorable Mention...was a member of the National Honor Society and an eight-time High Honor Roll student...Illinois State Scholar.

PERSONAL: Born November 12, 1999, in Hoffman Estates, Illinois...daughter of Benjamin and Kristi Exline...has two brothers, Jonah and Isaac...plans to major in nursing with career aspirations of becoming a geriatric nurse.
