2021 FALL (R-Sr.): Competed in two meets in her redshirt senior campaign…Notched a personal best with a 6K time of 23:56.6 at the Redbird Invite (9/17), placing 94th overall…Opened the season at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/3), posting a top-100 finish (85th).

2021 SPRING (R-Jr.): Did not compete

2020 (R-So.): Did not compete

2019 (R-Fr.): Competed in three meets during her first cross country season for ISU...Finished second for ISU in the women's white race at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18), running her first collegiate 6K in 23:59.2 and placing 24th overall...Completed the 5K at the Illinois State Invite (9/13) in 19:41.9 to finish 72nd overall...Made her Redbird debut in the 4K at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/6), clocking in with a time of 16:18.4.

2018 (Fr.): Utilized redshirt season.

ADLAI E. STEVENSON HIGH SCHOOL: In cross country, three-time IHSA Class 3A State Championships qualifier...posted highest state championship finish in 2016, placing 64th...finished fifth at the regional championships in 2017...helped cross country team to conference and regional championships in both 2016 and 2017...the squad also went undefeated in dual meets in each of these two seasons...on the track, helped 4x800-meter relay team to a conference championship in 2018...also ran a leg on Stevenson's 4x400-meter relay that finished second in the conference in 2017...team captain of both the cross country and track & field teams in 2017-18...three-time member of the Green Honor Roll...Gold Honor Roll member in 2017.

PERSONAL: Born February 16, 2000, in Park Ridge, Illinois...daughter of Michael and Lisa Sparreo...is a triplet, and all three triplets are running track & field and cross country in college...sister, Isabelle, will compete for Purdue University and brother, Jacob, will run for Lawrence University...also has an older sister, Raechel...plans to major in special education with career aspirations of becoming a special education teacher at the elementary level.
