2018 (So.): Competed in one race as a sophomore, clocking in at 19:04.5 to place 22nd overall at the Hawkeye Invitational (8/31).

2017 (Fr.): Competed in six meets for the Redbirds during his freshman campaign, including the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/10) and the MVC Championships (10/28)...Recorded a personal-best 10K time of 30:49.6 at the Midwest Regional, placing 99th overall...Finished six spots away from earning All-MVC Honorable Mention honors, placing 21st with a time of 25:51.7 in the 8K at the MVC Championships...Posted his personal-best 8K time at the Louisville Classic (9/30), clocking in at 25:33.6...Opened the season in the 6K at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/1), finishing 18th overall with a time of 18:31.8.

NEUQUA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time IHSA Class 3A Cross Country State Championship Qualifier...finished 15th at the 2016 IHSA Class 3A Cross Country State Championship...team won IHSA Class 3A Cross Country State Championship in 2016...two-time qualifier for the Nike Cross Nationals Midwest Regional...two-time Nike Cross Nationals qualifier...also a two-time qualifier for the IHSA Class 3A State Track & Field Championships...OVC All-Conference selection...earned All-Academic distinction for cross country during junior and senior years.
