Loyola Academy: Two-year starter for head coach John Holecek … rated as a 4.5 star long snapper and also played on the offensive line for the IHSA Class 8A state championship squad … as a junior, part of a team that posted a perfect regular-season record was a semifinalist in the state playoffs … also competed in sailing for two seasons.

Personal: Born May 4, 2005, in Chicago, Illinois … son of Bill Strnad and Stacy Jo Haney … one of three children … both his grandfather and father are Illinois State graduates … his grandmother, Yolanda Davino, was a pitcher in the National Girls Baseball League.
