2021 (fall): Started all 11 games at cornerback for the Redbirds … ranked No. 20 in the country in passes defended (1.2 per game) which ranked him second in the MVFC … tied for the team lead with three interceptions, including a 95-yard pick six early in the season at Eastern Illinois … also led the team with 10 pass breakups on the year … finished the season with 39 total tackles, including 22 solo stops … tied a season best with six tackles in the season finale against Indiana State … also credited with a blocked kick and 1.5 TFLs on the year.
2021 (spring): Started all four games at cornerback ... tied for the team lead with 22 tackles, including a team-leading 17 solo stops ... also credited with two pass breakups ... posted a career-best eight tackles at North Dakota State.
2019: Saw action in all 15 games ... finished the season with four tackles, all of which were solo stops ... credited with a fumble recovery in the road win at South Dakota State.
2018: Missed the season due to injury.
2017: Saw only action of the season at Southern Illinois (Oct. 14).
2016: Redshirted.
Marengo HS: Three-year letterwinner for head coach Matt Lynch … 2015 Illinois High School Football Coaches Association Class 4A All-State selection at wide receiver … also earned all-area and all-conference honors following final prep season … amassed over 1,400 yards receiving and scored 25 touchdowns … helped lead team to the IHSA Class 4A semifinals … also earned all-conference and all-area honors as a junior … also competed in track and field, earning third place at the state finals in the 100-meter dash.
