2009: All-Missouri Valley Football Conference Second-Team selection ... started all 11 games, nine at guard and the last two at center for the injured Cal McCarthy ... earned MVFC Offensive Lineman of the Week honors (Nov. 2) after helping the team rush for a season-high 178 yards ... vital part of the leading passing offense in the conference at 246.4 yards per game ... helped Cliffton Gordon rush for back-to-back 100+ yard games in victories against Missouri State (Oct. 31) and Western Illinois (Nov. 7) ... led the way for redshirt freshman quarterback Matt Brown, who set new freshman records for completions (226) and yards (2,369) on way to being named the MVFC Freshman of the Year.
