Everest HS: Three-year letterwinner for head coach Tim Strehlow … named the Valley Football Association-West Division Offensive Lineman of the Year as a senior … also named first-team all-state by the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association and second-team all-state by the Associated Press … named the Win Brockmeyer Memorial Award winner as well … as a junior, earned first-team all-conference honors on the offensive line … was an honorable mention all-conference pick as a sophomore … lettered in basketball and in track and field as well … was a conference champion in the shot put and discus, and finished fifth at the state meet as a junior.
