2016-17/Sophomore at Illinois State
Led the team with 1.6 blocks per game • Played in 26 games off of the bench and averaged 3.8 rebounds and 1.8 points per contest to help ISU win a share of the MVC regular-season title • Netted six points and collected seven rebounds in the NIT first-round victory over UC Irvine (March 15) • Scored six points and grabbed four rebounds in the win over Loyola Chicago (Feb. 19) • Recorded a career-high nine rebounds and matched a career-best with nine points plus five blocks while playing a career-long 27 minutes in the win over Bradley (Feb. 11) • Scored six points in the win at Drake (Feb. 7) • Collected a then career-high eight rebounds in 21 minutes at Wichita State (Feb. 4) • Recorded a career-high six blocks in the win over Evansville (Jan. 29) • Collected seven rebounds in the win at Southern Illinois (Jan. 11) • Grabbed five rebounds in the win over Evansville (Dec. 29) • Collected a then career-high seven rebounds versus San Francisco (Dec. 23) • Made his season debut in the win over Hawai'i (Dec. 22) and blocked five shots to match a career high at the time, plus added four points and six rebounds • Missed Illinois State's first nine games of the season with a stress fracture in his right foot.

Played in 12 games, all off the bench, with his final appearance of the season occurring Jan. 20 at Bradley • Sidelined due to a stress fracture in his left foot • Averaged 1.8 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks per game • Recorded career highs in rebounds (six) and blocks (five) in the win over Tennessee State (Dec. 22) • Scored a career-high nine points with four blocks in the win over Quincy (Nov. 27) • Collected five rebounds against TCU (Nov. 25) • Scored his first collegiate field goal and recorded two blocks in the win over Morehead State (Nov. 16).
