2022-23 (Illinois State)
Played in each of the team's 32 games during the season with 29 starts. Averaged 10.9 points and a team-best 7.3 rebounds per game. Made 117-of-261 field goal tries (44.8%), and was 100-of-131 (76.3) on his free throw tries. His rebounding average was third-best in the MVC, as he also ranked third in offensive rebounding, eighth in steals, and 12th in blocked shots, while his nine double-doubles and 10 double-digit rebounding games were both second-most in the conference. He scored in double-figures 19 times during the season, including four games of 20 or more points. Opened his season with three consecutive double-digit rebounding games, with 14 in each of the first two contests followed by 13 in the third game, and was averaging 16.7 points and 13.7 rebounds per game over the first trio of games, en route to being named the season's opening MVC Player of the Week. He was one of 17 players in the country last season with at least 45 assists, 45 steals, 24 blocked shots and 350 points.
2021-22 (Illinois State)
Played and started in all 33 games during the season - one of just two players on the squad to play in all 33 games. Averaged 9.3 points, 5.7 rebounds and gave out 33 assists. Also had 32 blocks and 38 steals on the year, making 51.2 percent (105-of-205) of his shots from the field, and 37.5 percent (24-of-64) from long range. Was one of just 28 players across NCAA Division I to have at least 33 assists, 32 blocks, and 38 steals during the season, and one of just 10 to do it while making at least half of their field goal attempts. Finished eighth in the conference in rebounds per game, 10th in steals per game, and fifth in blocked shots per game. Scored in double-figures 11 times, including a season-high 22 in Cancun against Buffalo on November 24. Added another 20 points at Drake on January 12. Pulled down double-digit rebounds three times, twice with double-doubles, the first on January 26 at home against Drake (14 points, 11 rebounds), and at home against UNI (15 points, 14 rebounds). Twice dished out four assists for the high mark on the season. He also had nine games with multiple steals and 11 with multiple blocked shots.
PRIOR TO ILLINOIS STATE (Appalachian State)
The Snellville, Georgia, native played in nine games during his second season with the Mountaineers, averaging 9.9 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. He had 10 steals and six blocked shots during his second season in 2020-21, while making 41.2% of his shots (28-68) from the field, and 75.7% (28-of-37) from the charity stripe. He had four double-figure scoring games as a sophomore, and eight of the nine games saw him score at least seven points. His season-high scoring output of 17 points came on Dec. 6 against North Carolina Wesleyan, while also scoring 15 points against Charlotte, and 11 against South Carolina State. He had six games with four or more rebounds, led by seven against Charlotte, while twice dishing out three assists and two other games with three steals. As a freshman he played in 33 games with 15 starts on the year – starting each of the team's last nine games. He averaged 7.4 points and 4.0 rebounds per game, tying for the team lead with 21 blocked shots while also picking up 42 steals on the year. He scored in double-figures nine times during the year, including a career-high 24 points at Georgia State on Feb. 13. He had two double-doubles on the season, the first coming at UNC Greensboro with 11 points and 10 rebounds, and the second at UT Arlington with 17 points and 10 rebounds. He made 51% of his shots from the field (87-of-171), and 66% (69-of-105) of his free throws. His career-high of four steals came against St. Andrews, while he dished out four assists against Ferrum in the second game of the season. He opened his career with nine points and two steals at Michigan on Nov. 5.
HIGH SCHOOL
Lewis graduated from Shiloh High School in Snellville, Georgia, averaging 18.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 2.1 blocked shots during his senior seasonn. He was named to the Atlanta Journal Constitution All-Metro Gwinnett County team and selected to play in the Gwinnett County All-Star Game. He played his final season of AAU basketball for the Atlanta Express, and averaged 15.1 points and 5.4 rebounds, while making 61.5 percent of his shots from the field.
